Kingston plumbing have recently fitted our new bathroom suite. Nik gave us a great quote and also helped arrange a tiler and managed the project between them which really helped. He gave advice on fittings and products we may need as we chose and purchased everything ourselves and helped problem solve any issues we had from the products we had purchased. It ran smoothly and we are very happy with the result and would highly recommend!

I picked Steve because he was top of checkatrade. He is very quick at diagnosing and correcting problems. His charges are fair, transparent and combined with speed, excellent value for money. He is very straight talking and professional. Probably the best plumber I have come across in 25 years. The only problem- he is busy and you have to be prepared to wait for a slot.

Steve came over today to give a quote for some works. He went into such detail when explaining what the works would require, and the same day he sent a very detailed summary of our conversation. A great introduction to a professional, genuine guy. Thank you!

I wanted 5 radiators replaced and a thermomostat added to 2 other radiators. I had a lot of difficulty even getting someone to quote for the work so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Liam got back to me and then booked me in for the work. He arrived on time and completed the work within his estimate. He was very thorough and insisted on tidying up afterwards. Overall a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Just grateful that I had stocked up on teabags and Caramel wafers beforehand.

AJ squeezed an emergency appointment in for my daughter who had been let down by two boiler engineers and was without heating for a week! They'd failed to find the leak which AJ managed to find and fix within 45 minutes. Will definitely recommend.

Our 20 year old gas boiler was replaced with a new Worcester Bosch unit by MJS. The whole process from quote to installation took just three weeks. We were impressed with the friendly and professional approach throughout and, apart from a minor issue in connecting the programmer to the boiler, the installation went without a hitch. I can pretty much highly recommend Kristian. Had an issue with eak within my heating system. He came to inspect the leak and managed to find the solution and fixed it... Also helped me out with fixing some other stuff... He is kind + does not charge an arm and leg for the service...

Kristian has done a couple of jobs for me over the past few months. He’s always been excellent at returning calls and very quick to come and assess the job. He’s always very professional and I can’t fault his work. Reasonably priced, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him and will definitely use him again .

Kristian and Lewis are master craftsmen and total gents. After a rogue plumber left us without water after a minor leak, Kristian was there same day, after hours in fact, to get our water on again, and within a week all was fixed much better than it was before. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these absolute legends for any job big or small. I certainly won't be using anyone else in future.

After the cold snap in December, we discovered a burst pipe in our garage feeding the water supply to our washing machine. It was the week running up to Christmas so desperate to get it fixed before all our guests started to arrive. Phoned the office on Monday morning and within 24 hours one of their guys arrived to fix the pipe. He was on time, polite and professional, getting the job done very quickly. Ben solved a fiendishly difficult problem for us, finding a gas leak in a pipe in a wall cavity that had meant my vulnerable parents had no gas for over 4 weeks. The first gas plumber we tried was useless - charged us a lot and vanished when he couldn't solve it. Then Ben arrived and was clever and very focused on solving the problem. Access was really hard behind heavy wooden fittings. The leaking pipe then went down into old concrete that had to be carefully cut away. Ben's skill saved us money despite working on a relatively high hourly rate. He's worth it. We gave him a bonus too. We'll be switching to PFG for everything from now on.

I phoned Dan on a Saturday when I had a water leak. Due to other commitments he couldn't visit, but he took the time time to talk me through how to fix myself. When I had a separate problem with the loo, he was the first person I called. He came around the same day and did an excellent job. Top bloke!

Brilliant company and the manager,Tony was great👍 I knew some repairs were needed on my boiler and he came round within a few days for the service and then was back just two days later for the repairs. As he did the job quicker than planned,he even knocked £40 off the price that was quoted😯 Excellent and will use them from now on if needed!
