I’ve had two boiler replacements, servicing, gas safety checks and recently had two showers and a hot water cylinder installed. The work is always to a high standard, they arrive on time, tidy up so you wouldn’t even know they’d been there! Paying and invoicing is simple and all online. I have used Martin's firm for nearly 10 years in 2 houses. Always professional and trustworthy service. Today was no exception when after texting with a major problem before 8.00am Martin sent Haydn round within the hour. Within a further hour a new part was obtained and fitted to the boiler and I had hot water, heating and electricity downstairs all back on and working perfectly. No fault of Martin's at all that the boiler had failed, just an unreliable boiler fitted by the builder in my brand new house not yet 6 years old. I would recommend Martin's firm without hesitation. Bonus is that he is very reasonably priced too.

Keiron came several times for minor repairs and replacing kitchen sink. He was highly professional and efficient, very pleasant and thoughtful and his work was superb. Also, his charges are most reasonable. I shall call on him regularly for boiler maintenance etc and recommend him very highly.

I would reccomend Kieran to anyone. He installed the shower cubicle that I have shown here. He was hard working, efficient and a pleasant, nice guy.well done.

I would highly recommend Osprey Plumbing services. The business director and owner, Kieran, is reliable and very approachable. He fitted a new combi-boiler in my house recently and I am so pleased with his work. He is efficient and a very conscientious and neat worker, he cleaned up after himself so well you wouldn’t know we’d had any work done. On top of this, Kieran doesn't charge over-the- top, ridiculous prices. His pricing is reasonable and fair.

Kieran was brilliant- punctual, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Carried out the work we had agreed on, plus went out of his way to help sort out a problem with my kitchen cupboard, which was over and above his remit. He left the area clean and tidy and was on hand to answer questions even after the job was done. I would not hesitate to recommend him, and will definitely use him again in the future.

Even when my boiler pipes froze when we had the freezing snowy weather Simons responsive mobile communication was excellent and didn't leave me in the cold. Best plumbers I've come across!

John, and his son Matt, replaced our complete central heating system (combi-boiler for hot water cylinder; pipework; radiators) during the week before Christmas and did a splendid job. Very quiet workers (no radio blaring) and hard working. Highly recommended.

Efficient promp fair prices

Darren and Billy did a fantastic job fitting our very heavy and oversized new radiator. They moved it into place and rejigged the pipework to make it fit and it looks amazing now. While they were here, they also serviced our boiler. We would not use anyone else for any of our plumbing and heating work. Derek and his team are always at the top of their game. Thank you.

We had Darren come out to have a look at our system and he was amazing. Great customer service, he was thoughtful and polite with my elderly mum. He came across as highly competent and gave me confidence in his work and company. We had used British Gas in the past and in Darren’s ‘look’ at the boiler he showed more interest and care than my BG service. I was very impressed. Thank you!

Great work from Darren and Wessex gasworks. They managed to fit boiler service and a few minor plumbing jobs in at short notice and reasonable cost. Darren was very helpful and friendly.

I certainly recommend Thomas and Prebha of TaP plumbing and heating, I needed their help sorting out a boiler and a radiator. A professional team and work clean which is very important to me. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Our boiler stopped working and when I phoned Thomas at Tap he answered immediately and came out within a couple of hours. The spare part was ordered and our boiler was working again the next day. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Brilliant.

Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. They worked tidily and explained clearly what they needed to do. Will certainly use them again.

Our garden drains were really blocked, these guys came out and checked the pipework. They rang Wessex Water who came out the next morning and sorted the problem. I can't thank the Sewer Surgeons enough, so helpful and it is such a relief to get the problem sorted. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again. Thanks guys 👍

Called on a Sunday and they came out within 30min and sorted two drains that were blocked out front and back of property. Really pleased with service and a good price too. Highly recommendable.

Called about a sewer back up on bank holiday Saturday night. The boys came out within the hour for a look (no charge) and assessed that it was a main pipe blockage. Called Wessex Water on our behalf and organised a priority visit due to vulnerable person living at the address. Great service. Highly recommended. They really care about the person involved.
