I picked Steve because he was top of checkatrade. He is very quick at diagnosing and correcting problems. His charges are fair, transparent and combined with speed, excellent value for money. He is very straight talking and professional. Probably the best plumber I have come across in 25 years. The only problem- he is busy and you have to be prepared to wait for a slot.

Daniel and Kelly have been of immense assistance to me, with a variety of small but difficult issues and on several occasions . Nothing has been too much trouble for them and response times have been excellent, with Kelly being ace at communication . Daniel has readily called back to make a few adjustments as needed . And all at times to fit in with my work schedule down on the coast . They have also both worked hard to introduce me to other trades which I was having difficulty sourcing to handle some house improvements which required more skill than I could muster . So had my whole bathroom redone by Country Plumbing and really impressed by the service of Daniel and Kelly.. Daniel is so easy to chat to and gets what the customer is after and Kelly equally is excellent at finding the right products to suit and very polite too. Daniels work cant be faulted and his actual skillset is amazing from putting up and repairing my new wall panels to installation of the bath. Really impressed by this Company. Well done. Will certainly be using again for other projects

Peter provided an excemplary level of service. Turning up as agreed, at a very busy time for him just before Christmas. He was able to fit a new circuit board, free up the pump, (saving the need for a costly replacement), and completed the boiler service. Thoroughly recommended.

Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. He arrived on time, was courteous and listened to what was required. The work was carried out in a timely manner with no mess. 10 out of 10 and I will be using him for next year's service.

Pete was brilliant. He managed to come over on the same day I contacted him regards our boiler not working, was quick and efficient, and not too expensive. He was also very honest about work that may need doing in future on our boiler and heating system, without pressuring us to get the work done straight away. Highly recommended, and we'll be using him again.

Central heating not working - Pete came out quickly and soon diagnosed the problem. Fitting a new pump to get the heating running again and then returning to fit a hew hot water tank as the old one was leaking. Great and timely service. Would definitely recommend.

Had a new boiler installed. The men who came were excellent. They worked well and were very professional, being respectful of me and my property. It was not a straight forward job, as the boiler was moved to a different area, but any issues that arose were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

After 3 price quotes across three different boiler installers, these guys were the best price by a few hundred quid despite being 30 miles away from my house. When our boiler failed during the coldest part of January, RP Plumbing and Heating were very helpful and arranged to install a new boiler within days. Huw has done amazing work for us one early Saturday morning when we woke up to find a big leak. Felt like we were in good hands from the first communication. Proved equally trustworthy and skilled. An absolutel lifesaver! Rang me extremely quickly and was able to give advice over the phone that enabled me to get my heating back on! I have been messed around by two other companies who didn’t even ask the basic questions that Huw did. Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Total Energy serviced our boiler last year and couldn’t fault the service. Today after having a smart meter fitted by another company they found a gas leak and shut us off. I contacted the office and spoke to Matt who arranged for an engineer to pop over to have a look. The engineer managed to fix the problem and got us back up and running.
