Superb service from Duncan This morning. Called at 7.30 am after a call from family member with water coming through ceiling and was with us very quickly indeed. Just need to tell everyone what a brilliant job Duncan Sharples has done in completely refurbishing our bathroom. We knew he was good - we just didn't know that he was this good! We have always used Duncan for our emergency plumbing, but this was a really big job, involving completely "gutting" the family bathroom and totally re-fitting it - and this included tiling all the walls. We could not be more pleased with the standard of his work, which is absolutely excellent. The bathroom is now quite beautiful. Duncan is a very highly skilled plumber, with a totally professional approach. We trust him 100% and would highly recommend him to others.

Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

An absolutel lifesaver! Rang me extremely quickly and was able to give advice over the phone that enabled me to get my heating back on! I have been messed around by two other companies who didn’t even ask the basic questions that Huw did. Had to call Dan as we suddenly had no water and the plumber we normally use wasn’t available. He called back almost immediately then came round, investigated and sorted the problem really quickly. I phoned Dan on a Saturday when I had a water leak. Due to other commitments he couldn't visit, but he took the time time to talk me through how to fix myself. When I had a separate problem with the loo, he was the first person I called. He came around the same day and did an excellent job. Top bloke!

Just had a new boiler put in by E W Heating and Plumbing which was far from straightforward as we wanted it relocated, the old pipework was nothing short of a maze but the whole job was done in 2 days and without any fuss. We had Home Heroes recommended to us and they certainly did not disappoint. Matt, Mark and Owen moved our boiler from its original cupboard to a much more suitable location dismantling an old shower and partition wall in the process and fitted all new radiators. Everything was explained clearly from start to finish and the pricing was very reasonable. They were all very professional and tidied up at the end of each day's work. I picked Steve because he was top of checkatrade. He is very quick at diagnosing and correcting problems. His charges are fair, transparent and combined with speed, excellent value for money. He is very straight talking and professional. Probably the best plumber I have come across in 25 years. The only problem- he is busy and you have to be prepared to wait for a slot.

Sam replaced my old and dated shower enclosure which required stripping back to the wall timber, dry lining and tiling along with the fitting of shower tray and doors. Along the way Sam identified two small leaks and a problem with the waste which he also resolved as part of the job. Price charged was as quoted. All rubbish cleared was by Sam, and there was a lot !
