Had new boiler fitted by them six years ago , paul has serviced it every year since. Also had a couple of extra radiators fitted.would use them everytime, reliable and trustworthy family business.

Joe and team were exceptional from beginning to end. Came in and quoted us for a few options, including some good ideas based on his experience. Picked one of these, booked it in and the works were completed on time and to a high standard. Heating system in our 1910 semi detached has been completely revamped and we are now ready for the next phase of our renovation. Will definitely be coming back to Wood & Williams for future plumbing/heating jobs!

Wood and Williams have serviced our boiler for a couple of years. They advised us last year that it was reaching the end of its life, and, when it started playing up within days of their scheduled visit this autumn, we knew the time had come. Having assessed the myriad issues, Joe very quickly provided us with a comprehensive cost breakdown for a replacement. He then moved several jobs around so that we weren't without heating and hot water for more than a day or so. Once the new boiler was fitted, he took the time to show us through all the controls, plus how to set the new room stats. We've struggled to find a really competent and reliable heating engineer (and bathroom fitter - they do that too!) for a few years. Wood and Williams have made that a thing of the past. Can't rate them highly enough, really.

Scott & his team were super professional, helpful and patient. The work they did on our en-suite bathroom was exactly what we wanted and they helped connect us to a good supplier who could create our vision. Sam came to our rescue earlier this week when we discovered a leak from our bathroom was staining our kitchen ceiling. His prompt and efficient work ensured the leak was banished, hopefully for good! I was really impressed by his workmanship and how clean and tidy he left the room. He is someone I will highly recommend 👌

Sam is a very hard worker. Very polite and did an excellent job. we cannot recommend Sam enough. I am very pleased with the finished bathroom and en-suite, on time and within budget.

Sam replaced my old and dated shower enclosure which required stripping back to the wall timber, dry lining and tiling along with the fitting of shower tray and doors. Along the way Sam identified two small leaks and a problem with the waste which he also resolved as part of the job. Price charged was as quoted. All rubbish cleared was by Sam, and there was a lot ! So pleased with the finished job. Thanks again Sam.

Friendly, helpful, and always available to support: BCP installed a brand new unvented heating system, replaced rads, installed new rads, installed and gas hob and provided all required certifications for building control. BCP is my go-to company for anything to do with heating and plumbing as I know the price will be fair and the service and product support will be excellent.

Omg! Life saver! - We had Dale from Senior Plumbing come round because our boiler broke down in what must be the coldest time i've experienced and within 2 hours he had the system going and the faulty part replaced - A total life saver.
