I took my Passat into the team at Barrack Road early on Saturday morning with a suspected seized brake caliper. I was hoping that they’d be able to squeeze the car in on Monday owing to a long distance trip later next week. The team offered to complete this job the same day which has been a life saver for me personally. When going back to collect the keys for the car, the reception team were super helpful and engaging with my 2 young children. Very pleased and impressed with the ongoing experience here!
