I recently had my car taken to Kwik Fit in Christchurch. The service was outstanding. Marius was professional from start to finish, he was friendly and supportive. (As a female car driver this is very important to me) He demonstrated great communication about progress and even had to stay a little late due to taxi issues I had getting back to pick my car up. The mechanics were very helpful and did a thorough inspection of the brake discs and pads. They showed me the damage and explained why the dealership overlooked the problem the previous day. Really good pricing for my cars issue and very quick to take off/install the new back pads and discs.
Great service, really convenient location with a Costa just next door to wait while car is being done. Very friendly and respectful. Work done to car seems good, and was cheaper than competitor too! Definitely going to use them again.
