I recently had my car taken to Kwik Fit in Christchurch. The service was outstanding. Marius was professional from start to finish, he was friendly and supportive. (As a female car driver this is very important to me) He demonstrated great communication about progress and even had to stay a little late due to taxi issues I had getting back to pick my car up. I cannot recommend this garage highly enough. The whole team are extremely diligent and friendly. They go out of their way to get help you, and the lady on reception is super efficient so you always know what is going on. Every time we have used this garage they have been super helpful, super efficient and very friendly. No job is too big or small and they are really reasonable too. My family have been coming to this garage for the last few years. This year my daughter's old Golf needed a mountain of work done to it to get it back on the road after standing for over a year. I thought it would not be economical to repair and fully expected the garage not to want to do it . But Chris and his team were really positive about the repair and got it back on the road in no time for an affordable price. Last week I took my car there for it's normal service and it was found to have a major fault with the suspension, both front road springs had broken. They fixed the car and carried out the service that same day, again at a very reasonable price. I need my car for my job so I was very grateful to get it back that same day. Chris went out of his way to make that happen. It is so nice, in this day and age, to have a garage that I can trust implicitly and are so pleasant to deal with.

Had an issue with the fuel system on my van. They fitted me in at very short notice and conducted the diagnostic test at a very reasonable price and gave me some great advice. Excellent service, friendly and reasonably priced, will definitely use again if I need any help - Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing is all I can say, I had booked my car in for a brake check at kwik fit and was left with a £1000 quote which was unbelievable and after ringing up multiple places, we fix any car answered and they managed to fit my break pads and discs for such a good price and all in the same day which was even better ! as most garages seem to have no availability till the following week. Will definitely be coming back for my mot and service and will be recommending to family and friends. Thank you all so much :)

My experience with this garage was so great. The receptionist on the desk was very nice and helpful. I'm so glad with their service. Only the issue I'm facing after regas the heating works well but cooling still not as good as it should be. That's why I chose 4 star ⭐ instead 5. Thank you

Tues 9/9/24 - Fantastic staff- on holiday with a slow puncture Tyreland fitted us in with no quibble turned out to be a cracked wheel!! Put us in touch with a company round the corner who could fit us in. Took the tyre off and refitted, sorted in the day. Saved the rest of our holiday.

Unfortunately the MOT tester had a medical emergency and was running late. However the Manager kept me up to date with timings and all went well. The location is very convenient for me. Service was very good.

Got me booked in on the day, reasonably priced, finished quicker than estimated and checked the tyre pressure for all the tyres while I was there! All in all great service.

Excellent service from start to finish ! Rang at 2pm friendly chap on phone said could get tyre I wanted to delivered to their place by 3:30pm ! I turned up at 3pm they had tyre delivered earlier than expected 👍🏻 all staff friendly and polite and I was in and out in no time with new tyre fitted. A painful experience ( cost lol ) was made better by friendly polite staff ( & free coffee 😊)

I took my Passat into the team at Barrack Road early on Saturday morning with a suspected seized brake caliper. I was hoping that they’d be able to squeeze the car in on Monday owing to a long distance trip later next week. The team offered to complete this job the same day which has been a life saver for me personally. When going back to collect the keys for the car, the reception team were super helpful and engaging with my 2 young children. Very pleased and impressed with the ongoing experience here!
