They are very good at what they do and are very reasonably priced. They fixed my van and it was a lot cheaper than I expected. If you are looking for a good and reliable garage to sort out your vehicle, you would be hard pressed in my opinion to find a better place to go.

Really great team at Twynham. Never had any issues with them. They've always done a great job for me and my wife. Will try to accommodate you for a quick look at any minor issues there and then but if it's a longer repair then you'll have to book. Waiting time is a little longer than I'd like but I'm happy to wait knowing they'll do a good job.

Took my car in for a couple of repairs and MOT. Brilliant service, great prices and had the job done fast.

Yet again this garage has provided excellent service. I knew they would not be able to fit me in straight away for repair but I needed to know if it was still ok to drive my car for the weekend as had an important trip planned. He clearly remembers all of the cars I have bought too. Servicing is always quick and efficient and the car is returned cleaned and vacuumed. Highly recommended.

Shout out to the Burch Motor Works team who once again have performed resuscitation surgery on the Barnstormer! We’ve had two rounds of arterial intervention (broken and corroded wiring loom) over the last couple of years and the latest, orthopaedic intervention on the gear box… We’ve gone from you smashing your teeth 😬🦷 on the dashboard every change to it being as smooth as silk again… 200K miles is the target! I recently used Burch to service my BMW M4 Competition, I have used BMW in the past and find them disinterested in looking after my pride and joys, so I thought I would use an independant who reply on customers as their bread and butter, I am glad I chose Burch as they have attention to detail and know what they are talking about, and I will continue to use them both for the M4 and my wife's BMW M140i

This garage and the staff are THE BEST hands down. I think this is the only garage I've ever been to where I can honestly say I trust them to do a great job. They are resourceful, very knowledgeable and will do everything they can to do a very high quality and well priced job. They have done some big jobs for me like the valve stem seals on my 6 series and have fixed issues in days, that other garages have pondered on for weeks. They've fully checked over my car before I drove it to germany and thrashed it round the Nurburgring, with no issues! On a 20 year old car on 80k miles! The only bad experience I ever had was when they were fully booked and I had to take my car to a different garage. I cannot recommend this garage enough. Book well in advance, they are unsurprisingly very busy. I will never take my BMW anywhere else. If you have a performance car too you should be bringing it here

This garage went above and beyond when my clutch went on Sunday afternoon. I had my brother’s funeral on Monday and they had my car fixed in time for me to drive back to Croydon on Tuesday morning. I cannot thank them enough.

So impressed with the customer service-completely forgot my MOT was due and called on the day- they managed to fit me in for MOT and a service that day. Even stayed open later than closing time for me to come and get my car. Very reasonable prices, would 100% recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish ! Rang at 2pm friendly chap on phone said could get tyre I wanted to delivered to their place by 3:30pm ! I turned up at 3pm they had tyre delivered earlier than expected 👍🏻 all staff friendly and polite and I was in and out in no time with new tyre fitted. A painful experience ( cost lol ) was made better by friendly polite staff ( & free coffee 😊)

Great service, really convenient location with a Costa just next door to wait while car is being done. Very friendly and respectful. Work done to car seems good, and was cheaper than competitor too! Definitely going to use them again.

The mechanics were very helpful and did a thorough inspection of the brake discs and pads. They showed me the damage and explained why the dealership overlooked the problem the previous day. Really good pricing for my cars issue and very quick to take off/install the new back pads and discs.

We used this branch today and I’ve got to say they were the friendliest and most professional Tyre dealership I’ve dealt with. I’d thoroughly recommend and we’ll be definitely be using them for tyres going forward. Thank you!
