On second day of working, landscapers in our garden (22 Oct) disturbed a second wasp nest in two days. Despite having to re-jig an already packed work schedule, Josh from UPC arrived within an hour of my call and tackled and removed the nest. Excellent service delivered by professional and very personable staff. Cannot praise UPC too highly and actually they were also the best price I was quoted. Definitely now firmly on my call-out list and top of recommendations to friends and family.

Excellent service. Within an hour of calling Urban Pest Control John had dealt with a wasps nest in the garden. There are no signs of any wasps now but it was reassuring to know that John would come back if needed and at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

We had a rats infestation and within 3 weeks, it was sorted. Professional staff and they also helped us preventing it to happen again. We really recommend that if you start seing or hearing rats in your house, call someone straight away as it avoids more damage within the house.

David dealt with a hornets nest in-between a porch and roof space at my Mother's home. He was on site within 24 hrs of speaking to him and prompt to the time he gave me. Kind and thoughtful to my Mum who is senior, I would recommend his services.

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)! He arrived early afternoon, listened carefully about our wasp problem, didn't find any nest where I indicated, but he then walked our back garden boundary and found the nest causing the problem. A top class service. I had already contacted several companies who charged double that of West Country and who did not provide the prompt service I needed. We have had Teri come out to our residence on several occasions. Living close to the river, we've faced an ongoing issue with spiders and mice. Teri has been instrumental in helping us manage that. On another occasion, we suspected a flea infestation and sought her expertise. Teri not only addressed our concerns promptly but went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I would also like to mention how grateful we are for Teri’s willingness to waive the call-out fee during some visits. This gesture truly exemplifies her customer-service-oriented approach, and it highlighted her commitment to making this experience as smooth as possible for us. Throughout her visits, Teri has always been punctual and highly professional. Additionally, her attentiveness to the safety of our pets has been greatly appreciated; she consistently ensured that they were either out of the house or safely accommodated prior to applying any chemicals. Had a wasp nest in the eaves that was getting bigger by the day. Called EradiControl and Terri and Dave came out really quickly. They were both super friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. Adam was simply great! He came out quickly due to a suspected bed bug issue and quickly diagnosed that it wasn't actually bed bugs but some other problem. Others may have made customers go ahead with an expensive yet unnecessary treatment, but Adam was honest and we respect and appreciate that.
