Fantastic support and service for our family member who had an issue with Rats. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and put everyone’s mind at ease and resolved the issue with speed and professionalism- would highly recommend.

Due to a worrying wasp nest on the edge of my conservatory roof, I found 'Platinum Pest Control' on Google. I read all Chris' reviews and decided to contact. Thoroughly impressed with his quick, efficient service. Arriving the following morning, he adeptly removed the nest. Chris explained his methods clearly and with confidence. He had a wealth of experience and learning to with his business and was proud of it. How refreshing to find such a lovely, professional, clearly engaged with his work. We are very satisfied with the service provided by Chris. We had a problem with starlings getting into and nesting in our loft and Chris' expertise identified where they were getting in and what needed to be done to prevent them. Amongst other measures, he installed bird mesh around the outside of the roof and we haven't see the birds since! We also have a few air-vents in the house walls that we suspected could be points of entry for vermin and other pests and Chris was able to advise and rectify this issue as well. We agree with other reviewers that Chris is friendly and courteous and provides a professional service at a reasonable price. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

I phoned the company at lunch time for a wasp nest. Wayne arrived mid afternoon and was quick, explained everything and had the job done in no time. The price was also reasonable and competitive. Would definitely use again and recommend

Very responsive service. Rob is very knowledgeable and came very quickly to my mum's house to look at suspect rat nest. Fortunately we had no rats. Very friendly service provided, they have cured our rat problem and as a bonus was one of the cheapest pest control quotes we have ever received beating Rentokil by half and other local pest control companies by around a third if my maths is still correct. We have since signed up with Jurassic Coast Pest Control to check our property every few weeks as we do not live here very often. So far this company has not let us down. I would like to also add that we had a problem in the summer with wasps, once again the problem was soon gone. Thank you for the great service provided

I had another company came to my property they said I haven't got any rodents in my property later that evening I see a rat in my kitchen I called jurassic pest control and they had some one out straight away the guy pulled everything out of my cupboard fridge,freezer, washing machine he showed me were they were coming from I can honestly say I haven't seen anymore since there visit I blocked all the holes that needed blocking thank you so so much

Paul was great, very helpful with explaining the processes he uses and what to expect and to do before and after treatments. We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. I highly recommend Jonathan , Three Counties. We found a clothes moth issues & contacted him. His initial visit (free) was very informative , no pressure to book anything, and upfront on costs. When he did come to do the treatment, very clear Instructions on what he was doing and how long to vacate house. Very professional service: I contacted iPest about our moth problem and they came round to assess that week. Then the week later they came round to treat our house. Tim also offered some advice on how to keep anything that returns at bay. Would highly recommend and I also found the price very reasonable.

We keep 3 backyard chickens and had been having frequent sightings of rats. Tim was efficient at identifying the areas most used by the rodents and treated these areas over a period of time in 3 visits. He was reliable, polite and effective and I would certainly contact him again if necessary.

We suspected uninvited guests in our attic but couldn’t find an entry point. Tim was polite, discreet, professional, COVID aware, and on top of all that, successfully tracked a possible access hole the rats may be using. In placing some poison, Tim was the first to consider our dog and ensured it was left where only the rats could get at it. He returned to check on any action on two further occasions before his final visit when he guided us on how to secure the entry hole. We’ve not heard any movement in our attic since but await colder weather as that seemed to be when we’d hear activity at night. Thanks in anticipation Tim.

Excellent fast response from Steve W who was able to reassure us that rodent droppings in loft were very old and we had no need to worry. Also carried out external check just to make sure there wasn't a problem. Very surprised to hear no charge for survey - that doesn't often happen these days!

Absolutely fantastic company, so honest and helpful. Unfortunately 😱 we have had to use them in two houses and they have been amazing. First house was dealt with completely successfully. Second house needed no treatment and so no charge - how many companies would do that? Both Frank and Paul are complete gentlemen.
