Great service, Warren responded to my message during the Christmas period while he was closed and still came out the following day. Warren is friendly, experienced, courteous and professional. I would recommend him very highly. I hope we won't need him again but I would not hesitate to contact him in the future, should the need arise. Apart from dealing with the carpet beetle infestation we called him out for (the blighters have destroyed a carpet we only bought this year), he gave us free advice about wasps and woodworm. Very reasonable fee, given the equipment and expertise he needs to do the job.
