Ryan came to get rid of a wasp nest in our front garden. He turned up quickly and was really helpful. After assessing it and explaining what he could do we left him to do the job. I would definitely call this company again if I had a similar problem.

Jamie quickly identified some potential access points (that I would never have thought possible) and a couple of weeks after blocking these off our problem seems to be solved! A top class service. I had already contacted several companies who charged double that of West Country and who did not provide the prompt service I needed. West Country responded immediately and set about eradicating the wasps in quick time - useful because our roofers had just arrived and alerted me to the problem! Brilliant service and thoroughly recommended.

He arrived early afternoon, listened carefully about our wasp problem, didn't find any nest where I indicated, but he then walked our back garden boundary and found the nest causing the problem. Very prompt efficient service to sort out two wasps nests. Lee was very knowledgable and helpful. I had to call him out again to look at a third nest a couple of weeks later which turned out to be bees which I decided to leave alone, Lee didn’t charge for this call out and advice.
