My family have called upon Emily's services three times over the past couple of years to deal with wasps and rats across two properties. She is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional. She has top-notch technologies and skills to ascertain where the pests are getting in, the extent of the issue, and to work out the best solution (including blocking holes etc. to prevent possible future problems occurring). I recommend her, 110%!

This lady is amazing! She absolutely knows her stuff. I had flying ants and they were emerging in their thousands around the middle of June each year - after Emily’s visit and help they disappeared - two years running no ants!

A top class service. I had already contacted several companies who charged double that of West Country and who did not provide the prompt service I needed. West Country responded immediately and set about eradicating the wasps in quick time - useful because our roofers had just arrived and alerted me to the problem! Very prompt efficient service to sort out two wasps nests. Lee was very knowledgable and helpful. I had to call him out again to look at a third nest a couple of weeks later which turned out to be bees which I decided to leave alone, Lee didn’t charge for this call out and advice. Great local business, would thoroughly recommended.

He arrived early afternoon, listened carefully about our wasp problem, didn't find any nest where I indicated, but he then walked our back garden boundary and found the nest causing the problem. We had a recurring ant issue at home that we have struggled to get to the bottom of. I got in touch with Jonathan who promptly came out and found the source of the issue. Within 24 hours there wasn't an ant in sight. Would highly recommend Jonathan for anyone having a problem with ants!

I highly recommend Jonathan , Three Counties. We found a clothes moth issues & contacted him. His initial visit (free) was very informative , no pressure to book anything, and upfront on costs. When he did come to do the treatment, very clear Instructions on what he was doing and how long to vacate house. Very quickly after contacting Andy “Pest Off”, we agreed an appointment time for him to visit. There were 2 occasions I’ve needed him. He had good knowledge of the wasp and rat problems I have had. Explaining how each had got into the property and how he would deal with them. After the rodents and wasps were baited and powdered respectively, he used good communication and gave instructions about what I needed to do to help the situation and also prevent it from happening again. i.e. Filling holes in the stone walls, checking the bait, etc. He made a follow up appointment to make sure things were sorted. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Andy from “Pest Off” to anyone and using him again myself in the future. 10/10 service.

Jane has helped us with various problems, involving both rodents and wasps, over the last 3 years. She replies promptly to requests for help and is very reliable and methodical. Safety of pets on site is her main concern when putting down bait, and she fully explains all deposition sites and how to manage these. In addition, she is a very interesting, friendly person. We don’t know how we would manage without her excellent service.

The lady from Bug Busters is knowledgeable and gives one confidence that she can solve the problem of a wasp infestation near a chimney stack. She came around a few hours after I called. Would totally recommend this company.

On second day of working, landscapers in our garden (22 Oct) disturbed a second wasp nest in two days. Despite having to re-jig an already packed work schedule, Josh from UPC arrived within an hour of my call and tackled and removed the nest.
