Ryan provided a thorough investigation of our property and the external areas of our neighbours properties to discover the ingress of the rats in our loft. Supplied rat traps with no need for poison. Also suggested contact with our water company to investigate possible damage to sewer pipes. This is ongoing. No hesitation in recommending this company. *****

Highly recommended company! Called Martin to inspect a potential fly infestation. Martin turned up at the time given time and was very honest about the inspection. He did not try to sell me his services and simply told me not to worry as there was no case infestation. He made me aware that there is charge when I arranged for him to come out but on the day did not charge me due to there not being a real issue! Really appreciate the gesture Martin and thank you.

Chris was fantastic. I called because I had a rodent problem at a flat I owned and the tenant was extremely upset. Chris was able to get there the same day I called him, liaised with the tenant and kept working on the issue until he was able to make sure that all of the rodents were gone and couldn’t gain access again. He was very good at communicating what was going on and was extremely proactive in his approach. I couldn’t recommend more high.

Chris was able to come over and sort the issue the same day. He diagnosed the potential cause and advised a solution. He set the water based incecticide bombs and we left the rooms for a couple of hours. When we returned there was no residue or chemical smell, you couldn’t tell anything had been set off. Stu and his colleague have been absolutely fab! I spoke with Stu about a rat problem in my loft and he agreed to come out the next day. They examined areas where rats had been travelling and left poison where needed. Stu discussed the drain survey before doing this a few days later and was able to show me pictures and videos which identified the damage done by rats under my decking and evidence of how they were entering my property. They did a super job of fully sealing up the hole the rats had made and they provided with me further recommendations of how to repair other areas of damage so rats couldn’t find any further weak spots! They never rushed the job and allowed as much time as needed to do the job properly. They were determined to find the source of the problem and reassured me that they wouldn't give up and would sort it! 100% recommend.

Yes, I’ve gave these two guys a five star review, I look at their previous reviews and a well deserved five stars. However, I rang up for their service, within a few hours they came, really lovely down to earth guys, felt comfortable around them, did a thorough job, excellent, however I was told in the next few days they would come to inspect (rat infestation] advised what to do, I was told to text with an updated they would come in the next few days to inspect, I was very happy, the inspection never happened, a fortnight later after still hearing scuttling behind my skirting boards and not daring to go in my loft to get the Christmas tree down, I text them say I was going to get another company in to check out my loft, ve never ever been scared of rats before but the one that I saw in my loft must of been on steroids, he was massive and it took a run at me, I was out of there, I didn’t ring anyone else, I’m going to deal with the problem myself, scared has I am they need going, can’t afford to pay anyone else, after the text I sent I did get a reply to say they would come out in the morning and sort it, being who I am I said no, don’t like anyone doing anything for me that they don’t want to do. Also I must mention that I have the most irritating dog ever and I’m pretty sure he was the reason I didn’t get a follow up, in their defense I had an Electrician come to give me a quote, he never came back either, good price if the job was complete, feel a bit ripped off

Highly recommend spire pest control.. these are the guys you need to get rid of any unwanted pests. Nothing is too much trouble, always reliable and on time and 100% amazing at their job. I’ve recently had to use Chris due to having mice in my kitchen cupboards and loft. If you ever find yourself in the same situation then I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.He visited my house four times in total,the first three times two weeks apart and then the last time left it a month just to make sure that the mice had gone.He’s reliable and reasonable and he’d be the first person I’d call if I ever have any more problems in the future.

Rang them at 10am spoke to Mark who was superb from the start gave me the detail and answers i needed. We had an issue with pigeons getting under the solar panels, Matt came and installed spikes to stop them, amazing job very neat can hardly see them. As we obviously couldn’t see what he was doing and how it looked to make sure we were happy and knew what had been done he took pictures to show us during and after completion. While up on the roof Matt drew our attention to an issue we had with the roof vent, he very kindly sorted that out for us to, saving us a lot of money as having scaffolding erected again would have cost us a lot. Matt is a kind and friendly guy, fabulous customer service, highly recommend this company.

Since we lost our cat, we had evidence of mice in our garage but we couldn’t tell if they’d been in recently or not. As an animal lover, I wanted the situation to be handled sensitively. As a Father of two young children, I wanted it handled quickly, safely and permanently. Matt from MSD Pest Control was able to determine that the activity was recent and advised that our visitors were field mice. He was honest and advised me away from my plan to capture them as they would only return or potentially die on the return journey. Matt laid bait boxes and conducted weekly check ups. He assessed potential access points and installed preventative treatment on our garage at a very fair price. Our next door neighbour was also impressed and asked for the same services. Great communication, service and workmanship. I highly recommend.

I am so impressed with this company. Dean arrived within an hour of calling as I had wasps in the house. He located the wasps nest which was not easy to find and applied the right treatment. Dean was respectful and knowledgeable and professional and so helpful. My house is now free from wasps which is so wonderful. I would highly recommend Dean and his company for sure. Had a very annoying rat problem with vermin running up and down the cavity walls of an old house. Chris from H& Co. did an excellent job over 3 visits laying poison, bait and traps in the affected areas and fitting a one-way valve in the sewer. Very pleased with the results as the scuttling noises are gone and the price was reasonable. Chris was excellent to deal with throughout always explaining his methods and what he'd found and pointing out areas that were more vulnerable or attractive to rats and suggesting solutions. Highly recommended!

Had a problem for several months and dealt with the council without success before we used H&Co's services. Chris was very friendly and identified the problem on a first visit. It only took few more visits to sort out the issue altogether. We received quotes from larger services and they are extortionate compared to H&Co. Chris is incredibly knowledgable about his craft and is very dedicated to his work. He was very responsive and keen to help.
