I have been coming to Beaufort for years now but since having my son they have been even more perfect! Visited for a Polish and scrape today when my son was particularly grumpy, staff sat with him and cuddled him while I was getting the treatment and also gave me a few extra minutes to sooth him in between. It was a small gesture but meant a great deal!

Had an unpleasant wobbly tooth which needed attention asap. Fitted me in within half a day and the problem was fixed with speed and very comfortably. Team looked after me well and I did not feel any aftermath. Well done Beaufort !!

Beaufort Dental Health Centre in Burton on Trent is the best Dental Practice I have ever had, and before becoming a patient there, I have had quite a few, during my lifetime! This Practice is everything a patient could possibly ask for!

I had a new sink and tap fitted.. I left James to choose the kitchen sink and taps … very pleased with his choice .. he left the kitchen clean and tidy as was his work … also I was very pleased with the price .. a gentleman I would highly recommend

I was very happy with James's work for me. He spent an hour servicing my boiler and even kindly provided batteries for a thermostat. Very efficient, helpful service, and good value.

James did a fantastic job sorting out our shower that wouldn't drain. It wasn't anyone's first choice of job but he stripped out, put in new waste piping, fitted new shower tray, retiled and laid new floor. Really tidy work and pleasure to have in the house. Will give you a nicer job next time!

Chose Chatfield based on Google reviews and was not dissapointed. James responded promptly and was very thorough in diagnosing a tricky boiler fault!! Fortunately he’s an approved Ideal engineer and mine was an Ideal boiler, happy days! Would definitely recommend and I’ll certainly be using again for all my future gas/ heating needs!!

Uttoxeter Dental Practice is a very welcoming, clean and tidy practice. I went for a check up today and as usual the reception staff are efficient and very helpful. My dental practitioner is so lovely. She remembers myself and my family members and always asks how we are and how they’re getting on at uni. I’m always put at ease and feel confident she knows what’s best for me.

Perfectly okay for a dentist. Gone up in price considerably following not being NHS but the cause of that is the system. Have had some problems previously when trying to get emergency treatment.

We noticed a leak in our kitchen so called Hadley to help, he identified it as coming from under the shower in the bathroom above. So he began pricing us up a new shower to fit our taste and budget. Kept us updated once the parts were delivered and organised a time to start the job. Hadley worked hard and efficiently and his workmanship speaks for itself in the photos. Would highly recommend👌

When our pump for our central heating system failed 1 week before Christmas Liam at Prime Plumbing was amazing. He had to resite the heating pump due to accessibility issues and squeezed us into his busy schedule. They charged a fair price for the work but the speed at which they completed the work was truly amazing and most importantly the quality of the workmanship was of the highest standard. Great company and a great workman. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Shahid is a gem. I called today after a smart meter install highlighted a considerable gas leak which couldnt be traced. On the coldest day of the year. He was the first to respond, came out the same day and for a very reasonable price sorted the problem and the family are now warm and safe. I damaged a water pipe feed my neighbours house, it an old lead pipe, we tried repairing it, but we couldn’t, I rang AQUA, used a few times before, This was an EMERGENCY, HE ARRIVED AND WITHIN 45 minutes he repaired it, I had quotes from others £365, £420, £515, Aqua told me don’t call anyone I will sort this for you, he was fantastic, he so kind and honest, I will never use anyone else’s such a nice guy and will not rip you off, charged me £80, I gave him £100 A VERY BIG THANK YOU FOR GETTING ME OUT OF A VERY BIG MESS, NIGEL

Lauren and the Team have recently replaced out main bathroom and ensuite and have done an amazing job. Lauren made the whole process so easy. We were sent photos so that we could choose what we wanted. Everything was delivered to the house on the day work started. There was a supplier issue with the bath and this was rectified immediately. The work is of an extremely high standard and the team would leave things as tidy as possible at the end of each day. I cannot recommend them enough and will certainly be using them for any plumbing work I need to do in the future. Thank you Lauren and the Team.

Just had a bathroom completely refitted by Lauren after being recommended to her by a friend.. She and her team absolutely know their stuff and nothing was too much trouble. The job was very reasonably priced with high quality fittings. Felt totally confident in her from the first moment and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Lauren came to replace a bath that a cowboy had left us with, it didn’t look like the easiest job but Lauren made a fantastic job of it and repaired the toilet too. She was very professional and had excellent communication. I would definitely recommend and would have her back again in the future if I need anymore plumbing work doing. It felt so much more comfortable having a female plumber in the house than when I have previously had male plumbers. Thanks again Lauren!!

Fantastic service - would highly recommend. We had an issue with the boiler tripping the electrics and Shaun knew immediately where the issue would be located. Had we not spoke to Shaun, because of where the problem was, it may have taken another plumber some finding! Despite his busy schedule, he very kindly worked a little longer that day to make sure it was repaired asap. We very much appreciate this, along with his professional and friendly approach. We've just had our second piece of work done by Sean and again we couldn't be happier. This time it was to sort out a leak in the en-suite and ultimately put it right etc and install a new shower tray etc (it was far more complicated than that in reality) His advice was spot on and the way in which he goes about his work is second to none. Communication is excellent, as is his time-keeping and tidiness. The finish is second to none and there's no doubt that when we need a new bathroom in another part of the house it will be Sean that gets the call. We'd go nowhere else and would certainly recoomend him to friends and family.

Great service from Shaun. He went above and beyond to fit me into his busy schedule and worked over a weekend to install a new boiler, plumb in the existing radiators, plus plumb in a new bathroom towel rail and linked up to the UFH that we'd installed. He's been very easy to communicate with both before and during the work - nothing seemed an issue for him in my requests! He's smart, makes good recommendations, and works diligently to get the job done to the highest standards. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. Oh, and an extra little thing that made a huge difference: as a single woman homeowner, I feel it's worth noting that he didn't "darlin" or "love" me once - just treated me with the respect anyone would deserve. It was appreciated!
