From the very first contact through the complete process the service and help had been first class. Advice and help was provided with our specific needs with no pressure sales, and friendly professional response. The two guys that came to install were very friendly, need, tidy and explained things to us, and set the whole system up to meet our needs. We would not hesitate in recommending ADS for their services provided.

Had the team from ADS come and swap my boiler and was more than happy from the start. I had a quote from another well known company and once I explained what they were trying to charge Adam walked me through a quote explaining the steps they take and explained everything easy enough for me to understand. 2 lads turned up and were polite and professional from the start. Once the job had been done and everything all set up I was walked through how to use and understand the boiler. They cleaned up after themselves. Would 100% recommend these to anybody looking to get work done in the future. I'll be using them now for all my servicing and work required.

ADS supplied and installed a new, complete central heating system for me. Adam came and quoted for the work which was started soon after. During the 4 days it took to complete the installation, the fitters were efficient and courteous throughout. They tidied up after themselves and removed all the rubbish. Howard explained how everything worked and Rita was most helpful in the emails we exchanged. After the work was completed, Lucy contacted me to make sure I was happy with the work and that everything was working properly. An excellent job done by all concerned. I would definitely recommend this company.

Five star service from start to finish. Adam and the team from ADS completely renovated our family bathroom and also replaced the suite in the guest cloakroom. We could not be happier with the service and the completed work. We were fortunate to have Steve as our fitter, he’s a superb craftsman and ensured we were happy with everything at every stage. The end result is stunning, worth every penny.

I have used Pride Plumbing Services for a number of plumbing requirements over the last 10 Years. All the team that I have dealt with over the years have been fantastic, thorough, efficient and well priced. Most recently Ant arranged for Jacob to come round and fit a new boiler with a smart thermostat after our old one died. Pride came to convert my Mother's bathroom into a walk-in shower. From start to finish the whole experience was excellent. Great price, very friendly plumber who went above and beyond to look after my elderly Mother. They were very clean and tidy and can definitely recommend. This is the second time we have used them.

So happy with my first visit here. I was just passing by and popped in to enquire about a full head colour/ colours. I met the owner first, who dropped everything to welcome me and had a full consultation including skin and hair test. I was booked in with Cami, who specialises in what I was asking for. I was looked after really well on the day, all the staff were very friendly and offered tea! Cami was professional, knowledgeable, competent and enthusiastic... couldn't ask for more. Not only was Cami friendly and funny, but I was kept in the loop as to what was being done throughout the process. The results are fantastic and I recommend this place to anyone 💗 Thank you!

Had my hair and nails done for my prom a couple weeks ago. Shown a picture of what nails I want and got the exact same nails I wanted( past experiences haven't done the exact design). Absolutely love my nails especially because they matched my dress. And also got my hair done with 2 half braids and curls and it was the perfect image of what I wanted. Would defo recommend this place to anyone.

James came out to fix a leak from our roof of unknown origin. Arrived exactly when he said he would for the quote, and exactly when he said to do the work. Really nice guy, took a video to show the problem and how he fixed it. Cant recommend enough. Will be keeping his number for any future roofing needs.

Absolutely amazing hairdressers for the grey transformation! Vanessa and Sharna at 1717 are the only hairdressers who have confidently lifted my hair from red to grey. I have visited many hairdressers who have been unable to do this for me given I have been dying my hair for over 20 years! Really pleased - great staff with a great atmosphere. I went for a total look makeover where I change my extra long brown hair for a pink bob style. I couldn't be more pleased and happy. Both Sharna and Vanessa were so kind and positive that made the change natural and removed all my remaining nerves! They made me feel comfortable and at home and made my dream come true! Simon was recommended by my sister and husband. I had a problem with the ridge tiles, he came along quoted me a price and a week later the ridge tiles were replaced by an excellent team, also solved a further issue for me. I would definitely use Ark Roofers again.

I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now. I would definitely contact Simon again and would recommend them to others who need a roof repair. Thank you Simon and the team.

We had an issue at home with our boiler mate system which people who live on our estate and had a miller home know all about. I was recommended by a few neighbours to call Simon at Derby Plumbing Services and after a 5 minute phone call he turned his vehicle around from a job he was going to and came to us. After 45 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and fixed it rather than replacing an expensive circuit board. Amazing service and a very , very knowledgeable gent. Thank you Simon

Rang Simon with a central heating problem. He turned up later that day and quickly diagnosed the problem. A valve needed replacing. He came back and replaced the valve in the early evening. An excellent and efficient service.

Absolutely brilliant service from Simon. I've got a Boilermate A-Class OV thermal store and it was a nightmare finding someone who could help repair it when it stopped providing my hot water. I luckily found Derby Plumbing Services and Simon came out the next day after I rang. Now, one day later, the Boilermate is all repaired. 2 day service! I could not recommend Derby Plumbing Services more, amazing :)
