Had the team from ADS come and swap my boiler and was more than happy from the start. I had a quote from another well known company and once I explained what they were trying to charge Adam walked me through a quote explaining the steps they take and explained everything easy enough for me to understand. 2 lads turned up and were polite and professional from the start. Once the job had been done and everything all set up I was walked through how to use and understand the boiler. They cleaned up after themselves. Would 100% recommend these to anybody looking to get work done in the future. I'll be using them now for all my servicing and work required.

Five star service from start to finish. Adam and the team from ADS completely renovated our family bathroom and also replaced the suite in the guest cloakroom. We could not be happier with the service and the completed work. We were fortunate to have Steve as our fitter, he’s a superb craftsman and ensured we were happy with everything at every stage. The end result is stunning, worth every penny.

ADS supplied and installed a new, complete central heating system for me. Adam came and quoted for the work which was started soon after. During the 4 days it took to complete the installation, the fitters were efficient and courteous throughout. They tidied up after themselves and removed all the rubbish. Howard explained how everything worked and Rita was most helpful in the emails we exchanged. After the work was completed, Lucy contacted me to make sure I was happy with the work and that everything was working properly. An excellent job done by all concerned. I would definitely recommend this company.

From the very first contact through the complete process the service and help had been first class. Advice and help was provided with our specific needs with no pressure sales, and friendly professional response. The two guys that came to install were very friendly, need, tidy and explained things to us, and set the whole system up to meet our needs. Absolutely incredible service my daughter was without a boiler all weekend due to her landlord being abroad. Called this company on Monday morning and by 3pm the boiler was fixed, Alex was great and super helpful as were the ladies in the office. I would 100% recommend, quality service and very affordable

We suffered a leak on our boiler and called Pride for help with diagnosing and repairing. At every stage of our interaction with the company, whether it be on the phone with the office, or when the engineers were in our home, everybody was polite and courteous! Pride came to convert my Mother's bathroom into a walk-in shower. From start to finish the whole experience was excellent. Went through a lead pipe in the middle of a wall in the bathroom on a Sunday night… the emergency plumbers (not RML) were called as I couldn’t find the stopcock, they turned the water off and tried to fix the lead pipe for a few hours but couldn’t do it… left water off and charged me nearly a grand for the privilege. I called RML on the Monday and they turned up in an hour, fixed the issue in under an hour, were friendly, polite, honest, tidy and well priced. I would highly recommend these guys for literally anything plumbing or heating related, they’re fantastic.

Richard replied very promptly to my text requesting an urgent visit the same morning and arrived at the time he had told me. Fixed my toilet quickly, within an hour, replacing all parts to ensure there were no further issues. The reason for 4 stars is just that he did not provide me with a quote prior to starting the work. In this instance I could not have done anything else as the repair needed to be done ASAP, but it was more than I was expecting, although still reasonable for an emergency call-out after a little research. Would recommend.

We had an issue at home with our boiler mate system which people who live on our estate and had a miller home know all about. I was recommended by a few neighbours to call Simon at Derby Plumbing Services and after a 5 minute phone call he turned his vehicle around from a job he was going to and came to us. After 45 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and fixed it rather than replacing an expensive circuit board. Amazing service and a very , very knowledgeable gent. Thank you Simon

Rang Simon with a central heating problem. He turned up later that day and quickly diagnosed the problem. A valve needed replacing. He came back and replaced the valve in the early evening. An excellent and efficient service.

Absolutely brilliant service from Simon. I've got a Boilermate A-Class OV thermal store and it was a nightmare finding someone who could help repair it when it stopped providing my hot water. I luckily found Derby Plumbing Services and Simon came out the next day after I rang. Now, one day later, the Boilermate is all repaired. 2 day service! I could not recommend Derby Plumbing Services more, amazing :)
