We've had a very good experience with Simon, who is knowledgable, reliable and efficient. Came to service our boiler, managed to solve the problem we've had for several years that other engineers said couldn't be fixed. He explained everything he did as he worked. All for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend Simon and will deal with him in future.

I had three small domestic plumbing jobs (tap repair, tap replacement and radiator swap) but they were all made quite awkward with access issues and old pipework. Whereas with other tradespeople it was a lot of head scratching, deep intakes of breath and silly prices, Simon provided practical solutions and got the job done quickly at fair and reasonable rates. He offered sound advice and was very accommodating, working around me and my young family with no fuss and no mess. Thanks Simon. Highly recommend!

Excellent service provided by Gavin. Installed two new radiators and moved one of them. He turned up to quote when he said he would, quoted a very reasonable price a couple of days later. Fitted them , no mess, extremely friendly definitely would recommend without hesitation.

Rang Simon with a central heating problem. He turned up later that day and quickly diagnosed the problem. A valve needed replacing. He came back and replaced the valve in the early evening. An excellent and efficient service.

We had an issue at home with our boiler mate system which people who live on our estate and had a miller home know all about. I was recommended by a few neighbours to call Simon at Derby Plumbing Services and after a 5 minute phone call he turned his vehicle around from a job he was going to and came to us. Absolutely brilliant service from Simon. I've got a Boilermate A-Class OV thermal store and it was a nightmare finding someone who could help repair it when it stopped providing my hot water. I luckily found Derby Plumbing Services and Simon came out the next day after I rang. Now, one day later, the Boilermate is all repaired. 2 day service! I could not recommend Derby Plumbing Services more, amazing :)

Absolutely incredible service my daughter was without a boiler all weekend due to her landlord being abroad. Richard replied very promptly to my text requesting an urgent visit the same morning and arrived at the time he had told me. Fixed my toilet quickly, within an hour, replacing all parts to ensure there were no further issues. The reason for 4 stars is just that he did not provide me with a quote prior to starting the work. In this instance I could not have done anything else as the repair needed to be done ASAP, but it was more than I was expecting, although still reasonable for an emergency call-out after a little research. Would recommend.

Went through a lead pipe in the middle of a wall in the bathroom on a Sunday night… the emergency plumbers (not RML) were called as I couldn’t find the stopcock, they turned the water off and tried to fix the lead pipe for a few hours but couldn’t do it… left water off and charged me nearly a grand for the privilege. I called RML on the Monday and they turned up in an hour, fixed the issue in under an hour, were friendly, polite, honest, tidy and well priced. I would highly recommend these guys for literally anything plumbing or heating related, they’re fantastic.

RML came to replace a toilet, kitchen sink and connect a washing machine. They were really accommodating, making an early morning visit to assess the job, advising on the sink and sourcing the toilet. On the day, they were punctual, polite, professional and clean. Finally, the price was extremely reasonable for the service I received. I would happily call on them again.

Colin did a great job repairing my broken gas fire. He was very patient and good-humoured during a rather frustrating exercise and I recommend his services unreservedly. Next task will be servicing my gas boiler.

We booked in with Colin for a boiler service after reading his amazing reviews online, and I can certainly say his work and knowledge lived up to what we expected. Colin was amazing, gave him a quick call this morning as our heating had packed up and he was able to fit in a quick visit where he discovered it was actually our hive system not sat on the wall properly. He was also able to service the boiler and place a carbon monoxide detector in the house. Wasn’t expecting him to be able to stay and sort the issue but even though I know he is busy he stayed to sort out the issue. Brilliant service, extremely friendly. I am so pleased I know who to call now if we have any future problems.
