We've used Buxtons for a number of years, for business premises and home jobs alike. They've always been fantastic - clean, tidy, professional, on time and reliable. When my elderly mother recently had a fall and needed a bath removing and shower fitting, they were the only plumbers I'd trust for the job. As expected, the whole process was smooth and easy for my mum, from initial site visit through quote to install. There was no mess and no fuss, everyone was where they said they would be when they said they would be. Brilliant customer service, fantastic job done, very happy mum. Thank you all very much!

Great service came out same day to a broken boiler which was beyond repair. Said they could fit new next day which I couldn't do but came on second day & fitted new boiler in a day unfortunately there was a problem with the boiler.They came back next morning with a part for the boiler they had taken out of another new boiler. They fitted the part to make sure we had hot water over the weekend I could not have asked for better service Thank you

Fantastic family company - their work is spot on, they are completely reliable, very friendly and always willing to help out if you have a problem or are worried about something. The other day we smelled oil in the cellar and they came round super promptly to check everything out. Thankfully nothing wrong with our tank or boiler so they suggested we check with our neighbours, and sure enough they had a leak. I recommend them to everyone!

Noton replaced our gas boiler and upgraded three rads in one day, just before the snow came. Friendly, polite, reliable, efficient, competent and tidy service from Tom and the team and very pragmatic advice....and the same price as the online faceless companies but with more flexibility. Much rather give our money to a local firm to keep for this sort of job than have the big firms cream off their percentage.

Commissioned Notons to remove an old gravity.fed water system, cylinder and gas boiler, and fit a economical gas ch/hw system. Work started on the date arranged and finished within three days, with either two or three of the brothers on site at all times. Plenty of good advice was given along the way, along with consultation on how best to run new gas piping in our Grade II* listed home. The brothers are first class workers, friendly, tidy and polite. We're very happy with the work carried out on time and to budget, plus a couple of small general plumbing fixes added while they were here. Recommend strongly - and a big thank you to Team Noton!

Mark and Jack were brilliant, responding swiftly to our call for help when the heating system recently packed up in this cold weather. Absolutely fantastic!!! Spoke to the company at 10am explaining my boiler issue. they sent an engineer out (Joe) who was brilliant and explained what was needed. He replaced the PCB and we was back up and running by 1pm. Fast and efficient service! Highly recommend!

Excellent service and response! We had a problem with condensate drainage (it wasn't!). I rang 247 Plumber and the next day an engineer arrived to assess the job. The day after that I received a very reasonable quote and the day after that it was fixed. Brilliant!

Excellent! Paul the plumber carried out the removal of our broken bathroom pedestal sink basin and replaced it with a new one. He was clearly highly experienced & completed the job quickly, efficiently, very neatly and also removed any debris & mess leaving the bathroom very clean and tidy. Paul was very polite, considerate, friendly and worked solidly without wasting any time.
The quote for the work was very competitive.

My Home Emergency insurance claimed that my boiler couldn't be repaired, as parts are no longer available. Therefore, I invited 3 local gas engineers to quote for replacing said boiler. The first engineer inspected the boiler, but agreed that repair wasn't possible and provided a quote. Then, two days later, Matthew Humphries arrived on scene, worked his magic and carried out a fantastic repair!!! Excellent service, clear explanations without confusing me with 'jargon', and fair pricing! Martin was also readily helpful and reassuring, when I had to complain to my reluctant insurance in order to claim reimbursement of the repair costs.

Invited Matt to quote for a new replacement boiler, the price quoted was very reasonable. Matt gave a lot of advice on boiler options, he was extremely professional and we were very impressed with how neat and tidy the work was. We would highly recommend him.

I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. Matt fitted me a new boiler in my loft area, which involved a lot of pipe work, from the change from old boiler in the previous kitchen space, a new logic combi boiler with halo. Because Matt did this job in good time this meant I was able to push on with my kitchen upgrade. A quality job and again very happy with the finished result. Will use Matt again for all future plumbing work required. Matt also fitted my bathroom and did all the tiling work - and did a great job, the finished look I am very happy with. Not an easy task for the tiling, as I chose small Metro tiles, so there was a lot of work to do to get these on the wall and grouted. Again, extremely pleased with the finished result and look.

Chose Chatfield based on Google reviews and was not dissapointed. James responded promptly and was very thorough in diagnosing a tricky boiler fault!! G&H Heating gave our old boiler an overhaul when we moved into our house and managed to get it through another winter very effectively! He is lovely, friendly and clearly cares about what he does. I contacted Jack as we were wanting to replace our boiler with a Combi. He came round a few days later to talk me through what we would need and gave me a quote, which we were more than happy with so got booked in straight away.
