I was very happy with James's work for me. He spent an hour servicing my boiler and even kindly provided batteries for a thermostat. Very efficient, helpful service, and good value.

I had a new sink and tap fitted.. I left James to choose the kitchen sink and taps … very pleased with his choice .. he left the kitchen clean and tidy as was his work … also I was very pleased with the price .. a gentleman I would highly recommend

Great on communications. Actually got back to me on a missed call then arranged to come the following day! Correctly diagnosed a tricky intermittent fault on my boiler and fixed it the same day. I would recommend without reservation. Excellent job and fair price.

Chose Chatfield based on Google reviews and was not dissapointed. James responded promptly and was very thorough in diagnosing a tricky boiler fault!! Fortunately he’s an approved Ideal engineer and mine was an Ideal boiler, happy days! Would definitely recommend and I’ll certainly be using again for all my future gas/ heating needs!!

James did a fantastic job sorting out our shower that wouldn't drain. It wasn't anyone's first choice of job but he stripped out, put in new waste piping, fitted new shower tray, retiled and laid new floor. Really tidy work and pleasure to have in the house. Will give you a nicer job next time!
