We recently used Ian Foster to carry out a service on our boiler at our offices at Cocoon Vehicles. Ian turned up when he said and provided an excellent and professional service. He explained what he was doing, as he was working and provided all the paperwork in order to keep the landlord happy. The price was excellent and it has been lovely to support a local business. We rang Ian as we wanted a local plumber to put the money back locally to them. We asked his availability to buy and fit a new bar shower fitting for my elderly mum. Ian’s response was quick, squeezing us in and he sorted out a time for the follow day and a few days later it was all done and a new mixer bar installed (the old one was leaking). Great service, a clean worker, really friendly and had time for mum too which was just as important to us as his main job. Thanks Ian 🤩

Mark and Jack were brilliant, responding swiftly to our call for help when the heating system recently packed up in this cold weather. They gave really good advice and made very helpful suggestions which made loads of sense in order to sort the problems out. Thanks lads. Very professional, knowledgable and thorough. Noton replaced our gas boiler and upgraded three rads in one day, just before the snow came. Friendly, polite, reliable, efficient, competent and tidy service from Tom and the team and very pragmatic advice....and the same price as the online faceless companies but with more flexibility. Much rather give our money to a local firm to keep for this sort of job than have the big firms cream off their percentage.

Commissioned Notons to remove an old gravity.fed water system, cylinder and gas boiler, and fit a economical gas ch/hw system. Work started on the date arranged and finished within three days, with either two or three of the brothers on site at all times. Plenty of good advice was given along the way, along with consultation on how best to run new gas piping in our Grade II* listed home. The brothers are first class workers, friendly, tidy and polite. We're very happy with the work carried out on time and to budget, plus a couple of small general plumbing fixes added while they were here. Recommend strongly - and a big thank you to Team Noton!

I had an intermittent fault with my boiler causing it to fail occasionally obviously not easy to diagnose PPS engineers attended very quickly and had it sorted within an hour. Very reasonable charge too. I am a happy customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend PPS Installations

Just had a bathroom completely refitted by Lauren after being recommended to her by a friend.. She and her team absolutely know their stuff and nothing was too much trouble. The job was very reasonably priced with high quality fittings. Felt totally confident in her from the first moment and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Just booked her for a second bathroom revamp, the first was so good ! Highly recommend!

Lauren came to replace a bath that a cowboy had left us with, it didn’t look like the easiest job but Lauren made a fantastic job of it and repaired the toilet too. She was very professional and had excellent communication. I would definitely recommend and would have her back again in the future if I need anymore plumbing work doing. It felt so much more comfortable having a female plumber in the house than when I have previously had male plumbers. Thanks again Lauren!!

Lauren and Liam have just finished replacing our horrible bathroom. The project was beset with issues from the outset, partly due to our very solidly built house! provided excellent service when our boiler broke in February. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using again. Thanks also to Dave who fitted the new radiators we also had installed at the same time excellent service all round.

I have used DPC on a number of occasions and always found the service and price to be great. The first time was to fit a new boiler and install a new larger radiator. All the work was done on time, as arranged and no mess at all. The second visit was to fix a heating system leak, service the boiler and to fit new thermostatic valves. Again all done efficiently and quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend DPC to anyone.

We've used Buxtons for a number of years, for business premises and home jobs alike. They've always been fantastic - clean, tidy, professional, on time and reliable. When my elderly mother recently had a fall and needed a bath removing and shower fitting, they were the only plumbers I'd trust for the job. Great service came out same day to a broken boiler which was beyond repair. Said they could fit new next day which I couldn't do but came on second day & fitted new boiler in a day unfortunately there was a problem with the boiler.They came back next morning with a part for the boiler they had taken out of another new boiler. They fitted the part to make sure we had hot water over the weekend I could not have asked for better service Thank you

Neil was great, professional and helpful. My shower screen fell into the bath, leaving 2 holes and in need of a replacement. Instead of many others who insisted a large portion of the bathroom needed replacing, Neil carefully took the tiles out needed to get the old bath out and fitted a new bath, shower screen and pannel. Meaning no unnecessary waste and more environmentally & budget friendly. On time, friendly, would recommend. Thanks Neil :)

We needed a plumber to complete some plumbing work for our project home in Derby.
