Lewis and his team were amazing!! Before and after photos explain themselves. Very thorough, were very careful with our home, taping carpets and protecting our furniture. Isolating work to certain rooms, shutting doors and dusty labour confined to outside or the bathroom. They were very respectful cleaned up after themselves every day and were prompt. Lewis regularly checked in on the project throughout. Thank you so much we’re thrilled with the job and will be using Lewis’s firm again for work in the future. Thank you Kate & Andrew

I gave First Point a call and left an answerphone message and within 15 minutes, I had a call back and an appointment organised. Lewis came around on the Wednesday. I got a quote that night with a couple of options, arranged for them to come on the next Monday, paid for the top of the range boiler on Friday and the lads arrived on the Monday and removed the 20+ year old boiler and moved the new boiler to it's new home under the staircase, freeing up vital room in the bathroom for a shower, once the previous work has been completed. It was mostly done in a day, with the only problem being our house is so old, that there was 4ft thick walls to drill through, which took a lot longer than they expected. I would happily recommend First Point Plumbing to anyone, as the service has been exemplary.

Lewis and his lovely team have just fitted a downstairs cloakroom for us. From first visit through to the official clean up, the level of service was impeccable. The whole process was perfectly managed: we didn't have to worry about anything, which makes a welcome change! Great service came out same day to a broken boiler which was beyond repair. Said they could fit new next day which I couldn't do but came on second day & fitted new boiler in a day unfortunately there was a problem with the boiler.They came back next morning with a part for the boiler they had taken out of another new boiler. They fitted the part to make sure we had hot water over the weekend I could not have asked for better service Thank you

We've used Buxtons for a number of years, for business premises and home jobs alike. They've always been fantastic - clean, tidy, professional, on time and reliable. When my elderly mother recently had a fall and needed a bath removing and shower fitting, they were the only plumbers I'd trust for the job. My boiler eventually died and within days Henman Dunn were on the case to get it sorted. George and Jak came to fit me a brand new combi boiler and also removed my water tank upstairs. They did a great job and I was surprised how quick they got it done with how big of a job it was. They cleaned up after themselves and I’m warm again! Definitely recommend them.

Henman Dunn came recommended to us and I’m so glad we used them. They moved our boiler, fitted an unvented cylinder and removed our existing cylinder and water tank. Ashleigh quoted and understood everything than we wanted to do. Everything happened so smoothly. Nothing was a problem. Michael and George worked flat out. So courteous and respectful. Cleaned up after themselves and took all the rubbish away. We have an old house with lots of work to do, so this is one less job to do. We will definitely use them again. Thank you.

Matt fitted our heating/hot water boiler. Our boiler is in the loft, he covered the floor & stairs with mats to the loft. A very clean & tidy installation. Had Halo heating control which he helped me set up, (you can turn the heating on when not at home from your phone). Professional installation would definitely recommend.

provided excellent service when our boiler broke in February. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using again. Thanks also to Dave who fitted the new radiators we also had installed at the same time excellent service all round.

Matt fitted me a new boiler in my loft area, which involved a lot of pipe work, from the change from old boiler in the previous kitchen space, a new logic combi boiler with halo. Because Matt did this job in good time this meant I was able to push on with my kitchen upgrade. A quality job and again very happy with the finished result. Will use Matt again for all future plumbing work required. Matt also fitted my bathroom and did all the tiling work - and did a great job, the finished look I am very happy with. Not an easy task for the tiling, as I chose small Metro tiles, so there was a lot of work to do to get these on the wall and grouted. Again, extremely pleased with the finished result and look.

We recently had some work done at our first home and got several quotes from different plumbers. We chose this team because of their quick response and excellent reviews, and they didn’t disappoint. Everyone had a great attitude, and when we noticed a small radiator leak, they returned promptly the next day to fix it at no extra cost. They completely redid our bathroom, installed three radiators, replaced the stop tap, and fitted two outdoor hot/cold taps. A great group of lads—honest, reliable, and competitively priced. Excellent! Paul the plumber carried out the removal of our broken bathroom pedestal sink basin and replaced it with a new one. He was clearly highly experienced & completed the job quickly, efficiently, very neatly and also removed any debris & mess leaving the bathroom very clean and tidy. Paul was very polite, considerate, friendly and worked solidly without wasting any time.
The quote for the work was very competitive.

Excellent service and response! We had a problem with condensate drainage (it wasn't!). I rang 247 Plumber and the next day an engineer arrived to assess the job. The day after that I received a very reasonable quote and the day after that it was fixed. Brilliant!

Sam came today to service boiler. It had supposedly been ' serviced ' in the past by other companies. However, they clearly didn't do the job sam did. He did a wonderful job , showed me what he was doing and explained. Took pics to show me before and after various parts. Really thorough service. Very pleased with the job done and care taken. Would 100 percent recommend. Was recommended to me by a friend. I was also going to have a new radiator, but sam said the old one was fine and wouldn't really benefit from a new one , so saved me having a job I thought I needed.

Absolutely fantastic service from AWP Plumbing. They managed to send an engineer the same morning after a boiler failure and rectified the problem quickly with a new part. They also gave the boiler a good service. The engineer was very pleasant and was happy to explain what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it.
