Matt fitted our heating/hot water boiler. Our boiler is in the loft, he covered the floor & stairs with mats to the loft. A very clean & tidy installation. Had Halo heating control which he helped me set up, (you can turn the heating on when not at home from your phone). Professional installation would definitely recommend.

Matt fitted me a new boiler in my loft area, which involved a lot of pipe work, from the change from old boiler in the previous kitchen space, a new logic combi boiler with halo. Because Matt did this job in good time this meant I was able to push on with my kitchen upgrade. A quality job and again very happy with the finished result. Will use Matt again for all future plumbing work required. Matt also fitted my bathroom and did all the tiling work - and did a great job, the finished look I am very happy with. Not an easy task for the tiling, as I chose small Metro tiles, so there was a lot of work to do to get these on the wall and grouted. Again, extremely pleased with the finished result and look.

I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. Tom and Jack swapped me a basin and pedestal, and replaced a quadrant shower screen, done at short notice, arrived started straight away, hardly knew they were there, did a first rate job, cleaned everything away when they had finished, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Mick B.

He was organised and kept me updated on progress throughout, communicating well with other trades to ensure everything was completed on time. All of the team were very hardworking, friendly and reliable and were considerate of my home, cleaning up after each day. We've used Hizzards Plumbing and Heating for our boiler service for a few years now, after giving up on British Gas's service plan. Macaulay recently fitted us a new boiler as our old one needed multiple parts replacing. The pricing was clear, reasonable and Macaulay answered all the questions I had, even when I text him some more the following day. Tom and some of the team were here 8am sharp until 3pm. They were clean and tidy, removing shoes when going up stairs and gave us warning of any loud noises, as we were working from home. We really appreciated this. It's clear to see how hard the whole team works. It shows in their work. See you in a year for the service!

Fantastic service. Geoff and his son serviced my late mother's central heating in March 2017 before the Bungalow was sold. Geoff then came to the rescue this New Year when our 18 old boiler stopped working for good. Very quick, efficient and tidy. Would recommend him and his son to everyone because they are excellent and very reasonable. Geoff and son have recently returned to check the new central heating system and renew all our old radiator valves. Very efficient, tidy and thorough. Would recommend to to everyone who needs a very reliable plumbing team.

Though I didn’t have work carried out by Geoff, I followed his advice when we had a suspected carbon monoxide leak with our boiler. He referred me to the gas helpline who have tested and claimed it is safe. Following his initial referral he followed up to check and provide further advice on the matter reassuring me of the situation and making sure I had as much knowledge as possible, when moving forward. His customer service was fantastic and advice appreciated. If I need any heating and plumbing work done in the future I will be giving Geoff a call. Thanks Tom

It's been our pleasure to have had the company of two very hard working Gentlemen in our home this last week. After installing a new boiler for us just 2 months ago, at our request they returned to transform our bathroom into a shower room. A beautiful job they have made of it, using high quality ware's, fixtures & fittings, Geoff & Tom were courteous, & respectful at all times, making for a relaxed atmosphere, also helping with safety issues such as suggesting a grab rail. They cleaned up every day taking all rubbish, packaging etc. away with them, leaving everywhere nice & tidy. If you are thinking of inviting Geoff & Tom into your home , We would have no hesitation to say, you could not choose a better team for the job! Fantastic family company - their work is spot on, they are completely reliable, very friendly and always willing to help out if you have a problem or are worried about something. The other day we smelled oil in the cellar and they came round super promptly to check everything out. Thankfully nothing wrong with our tank or boiler so they suggested we check with our neighbours, and sure enough they had a leak. I recommend them to everyone!

Noton replaced our gas boiler and upgraded three rads in one day, just before the snow came. Friendly, polite, reliable, efficient, competent and tidy service from Tom and the team and very pragmatic advice....and the same price as the online faceless companies but with more flexibility. Much rather give our money to a local firm to keep for this sort of job than have the big firms cream off their percentage.

We’ve used All-Round a couple of times now and we are never disappointed with their work. The engineers are always so friendly, polite and just crack on with the work. (I would name the engineers but I’m so forgetful when it comes to names, my apologies😂). I will always recommend All-Round!
