Matt fitted me a new boiler in my loft area, which involved a lot of pipe work, from the change from old boiler in the previous kitchen space, a new logic combi boiler with halo. Because Matt did this job in good time this meant I was able to push on with my kitchen upgrade. A quality job and again very happy with the finished result. Will use Matt again for all future plumbing work required. Matt also fitted my bathroom and did all the tiling work - and did a great job, the finished look I am very happy with. Not an easy task for the tiling, as I chose small Metro tiles, so there was a lot of work to do to get these on the wall and grouted. Again, extremely pleased with the finished result and look.

provided excellent service when our boiler broke in February. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using again. Thanks also to Dave who fitted the new radiators we also had installed at the same time excellent service all round.

Matt fitted our heating/hot water boiler. Our boiler is in the loft, he covered the floor & stairs with mats to the loft. A very clean & tidy installation. Had Halo heating control which he helped me set up, (you can turn the heating on when not at home from your phone). Professional installation would definitely recommend.

It's been our pleasure to have had the company of two very hard working Gentlemen in our home this last week. After installing a new boiler for us just 2 months ago, at our request they returned to transform our bathroom into a shower room. A beautiful job they have made of it, using high quality ware's, fixtures & fittings, Geoff & Tom were courteous, & respectful at all times, making for a relaxed atmosphere, also helping with safety issues such as suggesting a grab rail. They cleaned up every day taking all rubbish, packaging etc. away with them, leaving everywhere nice & tidy. If you are thinking of inviting Geoff & Tom into your home , We would have no hesitation to say, you could not choose a better team for the job! Fantastic service. Geoff and his son serviced my late mother's central heating in March 2017 before the Bungalow was sold. Geoff then came to the rescue this New Year when our 18 old boiler stopped working for good. Very quick, efficient and tidy. Would recommend him and his son to everyone because they are excellent and very reasonable. Geoff and son have recently returned to check the new central heating system and renew all our old radiator valves. Very efficient, tidy and thorough. Would recommend to to everyone who needs a very reliable plumbing team.

Though I didn’t have work carried out by Geoff, I followed his advice when we had a suspected carbon monoxide leak with our boiler. He referred me to the gas helpline who have tested and claimed it is safe. Following his initial referral he followed up to check and provide further advice on the matter reassuring me of the situation and making sure I had as much knowledge as possible, when moving forward. His customer service was fantastic and advice appreciated. If I need any heating and plumbing work done in the future I will be giving Geoff a call. Thanks Tom

Absolutely fantastic. I emailed Nathan and heard back really quickly. He was prompt, professional and really lovely, and identified a problem with the boiler. We've used Buxtons for a number of years, for business premises and home jobs alike. They've always been fantastic - clean, tidy, professional, on time and reliable. When my elderly mother recently had a fall and needed a bath removing and shower fitting, they were the only plumbers I'd trust for the job. Noton replaced our gas boiler and upgraded three rads in one day, just before the snow came. Friendly, polite, reliable, efficient, competent and tidy service from Tom and the team and very pragmatic advice....and the same price as the online faceless companies but with more flexibility. Much rather give our money to a local firm to keep for this sort of job than have the big firms cream off their percentage.

Fantastic family company - their work is spot on, they are completely reliable, very friendly and always willing to help out if you have a problem or are worried about something. The other day we smelled oil in the cellar and they came round super promptly to check everything out. Thankfully nothing wrong with our tank or boiler so they suggested we check with our neighbours, and sure enough they had a leak. I recommend them to everyone!

Extremely happy with the work carried out by Hizzard Plumbing and Heating for installation of a new bathroom. Macaulay is very knowledgable and gave really helpful advice and suggestions when planning the bathroom. He was organised and kept me updated on progress throughout, communicating well with other trades to ensure everything was completed on time. Had Macaulay and his team in for a bathroom refurbishment earlier this year, knocking down a wall in the process to optimise the space for a walk in shower. From start to finish Macaulay and his apprentice took extra care into the project to ensure it was to the highest standard. From getting the carpets sealed from dust, to taking care in the finer details. His communication with other trades was to schedule and the whole project ran smoothly. After a few months I got Macaulay back for a boiler swap. Again, talking me through the process and showing me what boiler would suit my property best. Great job, will put his name forward to all friends and family.

Just had toilet and bathroom knocked into one to fit shower room. Macaulay and his boys did a fantastic job. They were all knowledgeable, polite, punctual and did a perfect job. Lauren came to replace a bath that a cowboy had left us with, it didn’t look like the easiest job but Lauren made a fantastic job of it and repaired the toilet too. She was very professional and had excellent communication. I would definitely recommend and would have her back again in the future if I need anymore plumbing work doing. It felt so much more comfortable having a female plumber in the house than when I have previously had male plumbers. Thanks again Lauren!!

Lauren and the Team have recently replaced out main bathroom and ensuite and have done an amazing job. Lauren made the whole process so easy. We were sent photos so that we could choose what we wanted. Everything was delivered to the house on the day work started. There was a supplier issue with the bath and this was rectified immediately. The work is of an extremely high standard and the team would leave things as tidy as possible at the end of each day. I cannot recommend them enough and will certainly be using them for any plumbing work I need to do in the future. Thank you Lauren and the Team.
