Tom has visited our property a number of times recently. A number of visits to give me very helpful advice. We recently had all of our central heating pipes cleaned and radiators flushed out. Nothing is too much trouble, today he fitted our brand new boiler at very short notice. He regularly took time out in a very busy day to talk me through progress. I have to admit he and his team are the very best I have ever met. He will be looking after our property for many years to come… well done!!! 👍🏻👍🏻😀

We recently had our two showers made far more accessible for myself. Due to medical issues I am very wobbly. Pride Plumbing- Dan and Jamie did a cracking job! Fantastic family company - their work is spot on, they are completely reliable, very friendly and always willing to help out if you have a problem or are worried about something. The other day we smelled oil in the cellar and they came round super promptly to check everything out. Thankfully nothing wrong with our tank or boiler so they suggested we check with our neighbours, and sure enough they had a leak. I recommend them to everyone!

Our oil fired boiler had stopped working after being away for a few days. After initial contact I had a callback during which they were able to direct me to getting the boiler working again. No callout needed and they followed up via text with a few other things to check. Very impressed!

Fantastic customer service. Had problems with our boiler after running out of oil! Tried to bleed boiler but no luck firing it back up - late afternoon on a Friday too. Dannie and his team were swift, professional and friendly. We were in a real sticky position, no water or heating and the team responded the next morning to diagnose the problem so parts and equipment could be ordered. Within 2 days the new combi was fitted and we were up and running. Great company.

Moved into a new home last autumn, the boiler was functioning as the house was red hot only problem was I struggled to get enough hot water for a bath - I love me baths. Anyways like most folks when you move its a little expensive and you have to prioritise. I thought I'd get the boiler checked out, so looked for a local plumber found a couple of businesses who offered a couple of solutions. Turns out the boiler was over 15 years old, I wasn't planning on replacing the boiler but Direct Plumbings proposal ticked all the necessary boxes, decent brand of boiler, fantastic price and they could fit me in within a couple of weeks, the cost enabled me to bolt on the Nest upgrade. Decided to commit, Daniel and Josh completed the job without any fuss, tool 1/2 day and I haven't regretted the decision. Direct Plumbing also provide trade-in services, so I got a bit of money back by recycling the old boiler. Which to be fair saved me getting rid of the old unit. Thoroughly recommend Direct Plumbing. Great local business. Oh the Nest Thermostat is mint - control heating remotely, saving loads off my bill.

When our pump for our central heating system failed 1 week before Christmas Liam at Prime Plumbing was amazing. He had to resite the heating pump due to accessibility issues and squeezed us into his busy schedule. They charged a fair price for the work but the speed at which they completed the work was truly amazing and most importantly the quality of the workmanship was of the highest standard. Great company and a great workman. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Matt fitted me a new boiler in my loft area, which involved a lot of pipe work, from the change from old boiler in the previous kitchen space, a new logic combi boiler with halo. Because Matt did this job in good time this meant I was able to push on with my kitchen upgrade. A quality job and again very happy with the finished result. Will use Matt again for all future plumbing work required. Matt also fitted my bathroom and did all the tiling work - and did a great job, the finished look I am very happy with. Not an easy task for the tiling, as I chose small Metro tiles, so there was a lot of work to do to get these on the wall and grouted. Again, extremely pleased with the finished result and look.

Matt has fitted two boilers for me over the years. When the first one broke down Matt came out quickly and due to the age and price of the replacement part I opted for a new one. Great service and workmanship again I would not hesitate to recommend

RML came to replace a toilet, kitchen sink and connect a washing machine. They were really accommodating, making an early morning visit to assess the job, advising on the sink and sourcing the toilet. On the day, they were punctual, polite, professional and clean. Finally, the price was extremely reasonable for the service I received. I would happily call on them again.

Went through a lead pipe in the middle of a wall in the bathroom on a Sunday night… the emergency plumbers (not RML) were called as I couldn’t find the stopcock, they turned the water off and tried to fix the lead pipe for a few hours but couldn’t do it… left water off and charged me nearly a grand for the privilege. I called RML on the Monday and they turned up in an hour, fixed the issue in under an hour, were friendly, polite, honest, tidy and well priced. I would highly recommend these guys for literally anything plumbing or heating related, they’re fantastic.

RML Plumbing & Heating replaced our Boiler & Shower (including wet wall), great workmanship, left the areas very tidy on completion and everything is working fine, very pleased with both installs. We will be looking to use them again for another plumbing project with have. Thank You again 👍🏻

We recently had a new boiler installed by Highfield Plumbing & Heating. They removed the old back boiler and relocated the new unit to the airing cupboard upstairs. In addition, every radiator was fitted with a new thermostat. They removed the team, led by Martin, was exceptionally professional, friendly, and efficient in overcoming the challenges of running new piping from outside to the new boiler location. They also installed a new gas pipe to accommodate a gas hob in the kitchen. Martin keep us well-informed throughout the process, clearly explaining each stage and ensuring we understood the work being done, including how the new boiler operates. Overall, we are very satisfied with the quality of the work, and everything was left neat and tidy, including the blocking off of the fireplace. We would gladly recommend Highfield plumbing to others if they are looking for a first class service.

An absolute pleasurable experience from my initial phone call to having the work completed. I had to ring Nigel regarding a leak from my mother in laws boiler. He answered promptly and had a good idea as to what the problem was by me just telling him over the phone. Nigel came out the assess the boiler first thing the following morning. He ordered the part required and returned within a couple of days to fit it. At all times Nigel was knowledgeable, professional, honest and respectful with very competitive fees.
