Matt was excellent at completed work for us - he replaced our radiators installing brand new ones, completed a boiler service and laid new pipework for our downstairs. He gave clear communication on timeline and costs and was available to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and will look to use again for any future work needed.

Matt fitted me a new boiler in my loft area, which involved a lot of pipe work, from the change from old boiler in the previous kitchen space, a new logic combi boiler with halo. Because Matt did this job in good time this meant I was able to push on with my kitchen upgrade. A quality job and again very happy with the finished result. Will use Matt again for all future plumbing work required. Matt also fitted my bathroom and did all the tiling work - and did a great job, the finished look I am very happy with. Not an easy task for the tiling, as I chose small Metro tiles, so there was a lot of work to do to get these on the wall and grouted. Again, extremely pleased with the finished result and look.

I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. Dannie and his team were swift, professional and friendly. We were in a real sticky position, no water or heating and the team responded the next morning to diagnose the problem so parts and equipment could be ordered. Within 2 days the new combi was fitted and we were up and running. Great company.

When our pump for our central heating system failed 1 week before Christmas Liam at Prime Plumbing was amazing. He had to resite the heating pump due to accessibility issues and squeezed us into his busy schedule. They charged a fair price for the work but the speed at which they completed the work was truly amazing and most importantly the quality of the workmanship was of the highest standard. Great company and a great workman. Can't recommend them highly enough.

RML came to replace a toilet, kitchen sink and connect a washing machine. They were really accommodating, making an early morning visit to assess the job, advising on the sink and sourcing the toilet. On the day, they were punctual, polite, professional and clean. Finally, the price was extremely reasonable for the service I received. I would happily call on them again.

Went through a lead pipe in the middle of a wall in the bathroom on a Sunday night… the emergency plumbers (not RML) were called as I couldn’t find the stopcock, they turned the water off and tried to fix the lead pipe for a few hours but couldn’t do it… left water off and charged me nearly a grand for the privilege. I called RML on the Monday and they turned up in an hour, fixed the issue in under an hour, were friendly, polite, honest, tidy and well priced. I would highly recommend these guys for literally anything plumbing or heating related, they’re fantastic.

I contacted Jack as we were wanting to replace our boiler with a Combi. He came round a few days later to talk me through what we would need and gave me a quote, which we were more than happy with so got booked in straight away. We couldn't be more pleased with the work Jack did for us. I had one of those small problems that no one is interested in. My bathroom heated towel rail stopped getting hot and despite numerous bleeding over 3 years it remained cold. Then I was put in touch with Jason who was with me within the hour. Incredible service. It took him only a short while to fix my problem. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone. Fantastic customer service. Had problems with our boiler after running out of oil! Tried to bleed boiler but no luck firing it back up - late afternoon on a Friday too. Fantastic family company - their work is spot on, they are completely reliable, very friendly and always willing to help out if you have a problem or are worried about something. The other day we smelled oil in the cellar and they came round super promptly to check everything out. Thankfully nothing wrong with our tank or boiler so they suggested we check with our neighbours, and sure enough they had a leak. I recommend them to everyone!
