Very professional, brilliant service and arrived on time. Jack striped our boiler which hasn't been services for a long time. He was very honest with us and was very knowledgeable about his work. He made sure everything was safe before leaving. He also installed an outside tap for us which looks and works great. I contacted Jack as we were wanting to replace our boiler with a Combi. He came round a few days later to talk me through what we would need and gave me a quote, which we were more than happy with so got booked in straight away.
