We recently had an issue with our toilet—a slow leak and a valve problem that we couldn’t fix ourselves. Asif from East Midlands Gas & Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. He communicated clearly, arrived on time, and was polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We’re based in Tutbury, Burton Upon Trent, but I understand they also service areas like Derby and Nottingham. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber for anything from toilet repairs to larger jobs, I’d highly recommend East Midlands Gas & Plumbing.

Excellent service. They fitted our boiler last year and we haven't had any issues since. Returned this year to do the annual boiler service and gas safety check. Very comprehensive check and friendly, as always. Will be using them every year :)

I had East Midlands Gas & plumbing over for a boiler service and they did a wonderful job servicing my Worcester combi boiler. They seemed very experienced, friendly and offered lots information to make sure I'm comfortable with any work undertaken. We rang Ian as we wanted a local plumber to put the money back locally to them. We asked his availability to buy and fit a new bar shower fitting for my elderly mum. Ian’s response was quick, squeezing us in and he sorted out a time for the follow day and a few days later it was all done and a new mixer bar installed (the old one was leaking). Great service, a clean worker, really friendly and had time for mum too which was just as important to us as his main job. Thanks Ian 🤩

Absolutely brilliant service from Simon. I've got a Boilermate A-Class OV thermal store and it was a nightmare finding someone who could help repair it when it stopped providing my hot water. I luckily found Derby Plumbing Services and Simon came out the next day after I rang. Now, one day later, the Boilermate is all repaired. 2 day service! I could not recommend Derby Plumbing Services more, amazing :)

Rang Simon with a central heating problem. He turned up later that day and quickly diagnosed the problem. A valve needed replacing. He came back and replaced the valve in the early evening. An excellent and efficient service.

We had an issue at home with our boiler mate system which people who live on our estate and had a miller home know all about. I was recommended by a few neighbours to call Simon at Derby Plumbing Services and after a 5 minute phone call he turned his vehicle around from a job he was going to and came to us. After 45 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and fixed it rather than replacing an expensive circuit board. Amazing service and a very , very knowledgeable gent. Thank you Simon

Excellent service provided by Gavin. Installed two new radiators and moved one of them. He turned up to quote when he said he would, quoted a very reasonable price a couple of days later. Fitted them , no mess, extremely friendly definitely would recommend without hesitation.

I have used Pride Plumbing Services for a number of plumbing requirements over the last 10 Years. Pride came to convert my Mother's bathroom into a walk-in shower. From start to finish the whole experience was excellent. Richard replied very promptly to my text requesting an urgent visit the same morning and arrived at the time he had told me. Fixed my toilet quickly, within an hour, replacing all parts to ensure there were no further issues. The reason for 4 stars is just that he did not provide me with a quote prior to starting the work. In this instance I could not have done anything else as the repair needed to be done ASAP, but it was more than I was expecting, although still reasonable for an emergency call-out after a little research. Would recommend.

Went through a lead pipe in the middle of a wall in the bathroom on a Sunday night… the emergency plumbers (not RML) were called as I couldn’t find the stopcock, they turned the water off and tried to fix the lead pipe for a few hours but couldn’t do it… left water off and charged me nearly a grand for the privilege. I called RML on the Monday and they turned up in an hour, fixed the issue in under an hour, were friendly, polite, honest, tidy and well priced. I would highly recommend these guys for literally anything plumbing or heating related, they’re fantastic.

RML came to replace a toilet, kitchen sink and connect a washing machine. They were really accommodating, making an early morning visit to assess the job, advising on the sink and sourcing the toilet. On the day, they were punctual, polite, professional and clean. Finally, the price was extremely reasonable for the service I received. I would happily call on them again.

Martyn is an excellent professional plumber who came out to help with our broken old boiler. Within 24 hours we have a new boiler fully installed and commissioned! Really couldn’t ask for better service. He took us through all the replacement options and warranties and once we had made our decision, the new boiler was delivered 30 minutes later ready for Martyn to fit the next morning. He was on time and kept us up to date on progress. A very tidy, neat job all round. Will certainly be using him and his team for all our future plumbing needs!
