I have used Pride Plumbing Services for a number of plumbing requirements over the last 10 Years. All the team that I have dealt with over the years have been fantastic, thorough, efficient and well priced. Most recently Ant arranged for Jacob to come round and fit a new boiler with a smart thermostat after our old one died. We were very happy with the work as always and they were more competitively priced than larger chains like British Gas. I would recommend Pride Plumbing Services to anybody.

We have had a total bathroom renovation and new central heating system fitted by Pride Plumbing Services and have been so impressed by the work they have done! The whole team has been amazing from start to finish - they worked so hard and were a pleasure to have around the house! Pride Plumbing has been our go to contractor for a number of years now using them for gas boiler servicing, bathroom installation and recently new designer radiator for our living room. Excellent support and advice with high quality workmanship. Very nice people too, highly recommend.

Rang Simon with a central heating problem. He turned up later that day and quickly diagnosed the problem. A valve needed replacing. He came back and replaced the valve in the early evening. An excellent and efficient service.

Absolutely brilliant service from Simon. I've got a Boilermate A-Class OV thermal store and it was a nightmare finding someone who could help repair it when it stopped providing my hot water. I luckily found Derby Plumbing Services and Simon came out the next day after I rang. Now, one day later, the Boilermate is all repaired. 2 day service! I could not recommend Derby Plumbing Services more, amazing :)

We had an issue at home with our boiler mate system which people who live on our estate and had a miller home know all about. I was recommended by a few neighbours to call Simon at Derby Plumbing Services and after a 5 minute phone call he turned his vehicle around from a job he was going to and came to us. After 45 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and fixed it rather than replacing an expensive circuit board. Amazing service and a very , very knowledgeable gent. Thank you Simon

Went through a lead pipe in the middle of a wall in the bathroom on a Sunday night… the emergency plumbers (not RML) were called as I couldn’t find the stopcock, they turned the water off and tried to fix the lead pipe for a few hours but couldn’t do it… left water off and charged me nearly a grand for the privilege. I called RML on the Monday and they turned up in an hour, fixed the issue in under an hour, were friendly, polite, honest, tidy and well priced. I would highly recommend these guys for literally anything plumbing or heating related, they’re fantastic.

RML came to replace a toilet, kitchen sink and connect a washing machine. They were really accommodating, making an early morning visit to assess the job, advising on the sink and sourcing the toilet. On the day, they were punctual, polite, professional and clean. Finally, the price was extremely reasonable for the service I received. I would happily call on them again.

I had 2 radiators replaced. Advised me which radiator was best for the bedroom stud wall due to weight issue of big radiators. Did a good and professional job. There were other issues in the central heating system which he identified too and made recommendations. Very reasonable price for the work he did. Overall glad that I called him as he demonstrated he is very experienced in his work.

I had East Midlands Gas & plumbing over for a boiler service and they did a wonderful job servicing my Worcester combi boiler. They seemed very experienced, friendly and offered lots information to make sure I'm comfortable with any work undertaken. Can safely say that I'd be going back to them for all plumbing work in the future.

We needed a plumber urgently on the weekend for a leak in our kitchen. Asif came within 3 hours, sorted the problem quickly and also gave me some top plumbing tips whilst he was here! Would definitely contact again if we need help in future!

Excellent service provided by Gavin. Installed two new radiators and moved one of them. He turned up to quote when he said he would, quoted a very reasonable price a couple of days later. Fitted them , no mess, extremely friendly definitely would recommend without hesitation.

Fin came and replaced my old original boiler which was no longer very economical, with an Ideal combi boiler. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself and managed to fit the new boiler inside the kitchen cabinet very neatly given the size. Would recommend 👍

We recently used Ian Foster to carry out a service on our boiler at our offices at Cocoon Vehicles. Ian turned up when he said and provided an excellent and professional service. provided excellent service when our boiler broke in February. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using again. Thanks also to Dave who fitted the new radiators we also had installed at the same time excellent service all round.

Matt fitted our heating/hot water boiler. Our boiler is in the loft, he covered the floor & stairs with mats to the loft. A very clean & tidy installation. Had Halo heating control which he helped me set up, (you can turn the heating on when not at home from your phone). Professional installation would definitely recommend.
