I had East Midlands Gas & plumbing over for a boiler service and they did a wonderful job servicing my Worcester combi boiler. They seemed very experienced, friendly and offered lots information to make sure I'm comfortable with any work undertaken. Can safely say that I'd be going back to them for all plumbing work in the future.

We recently had an issue with our toilet—a slow leak and a valve problem that we couldn’t fix ourselves. Asif from East Midlands Gas & Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. He communicated clearly, arrived on time, and was polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We’re based in Tutbury, Burton Upon Trent, but I understand they also service areas like Derby and Nottingham. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber for anything from toilet repairs to larger jobs, I’d highly recommend East Midlands Gas & Plumbing.

I had 2 radiators replaced. Advised me which radiator was best for the bedroom stud wall due to weight issue of big radiators. Did a good and professional job. There were other issues in the central heating system which he identified too and made recommendations. Very reasonable price for the work he did. Overall glad that I called him as he demonstrated he is very experienced in his work.

Excellent service. They fitted our boiler last year and we haven't had any issues since. Returned this year to do the annual boiler service and gas safety check. Very comprehensive check and friendly, as always. Will be using them every year :)

provided excellent service when our boiler broke in February. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using again. Thanks also to Dave who fitted the new radiators we also had installed at the same time excellent service all round.

Matt fitted me a new boiler in my loft area, which involved a lot of pipe work, from the change from old boiler in the previous kitchen space, a new logic combi boiler with halo. Because Matt did this job in good time this meant I was able to push on with my kitchen upgrade. A quality job and again very happy with the finished result. Will use Matt again for all future plumbing work required. Matt also fitted my bathroom and did all the tiling work - and did a great job, the finished look I am very happy with. Not an easy task for the tiling, as I chose small Metro tiles, so there was a lot of work to do to get these on the wall and grouted. Again, extremely pleased with the finished result and look.

Matt fitted our heating/hot water boiler. Our boiler is in the loft, he covered the floor & stairs with mats to the loft. A very clean & tidy installation. Had Halo heating control which he helped me set up, (you can turn the heating on when not at home from your phone). Professional installation would definitely recommend.

I have used Etta Plumbing for my boilers annual service for the past 3 years and have this week had to call them as my boiler developed a problem leaving me with no heating / hot water when temperatures were well below freezing. I thought there would be no hope of getting an engineer out quickly but they managed to get out to fix the boiler the same day despite evidently being extremely busy. I can't fault their service or the helpfulness of Jim or Marc.

We would highly recommend Etta. They have been looking after our central heating for some years now but this winter the boiler reported a fault and stopped working. Our system is old with various alterations and accessibility problems which meant that the cause of the problem took a lot of finding. However, Etta's excellent heating engineers were not to be defeated. Although the boiler was failing to work it was actually the pump that was at fault. We now have a fully working system with a new pump. Thank you Etta for getting to the bottom of the problem and not jumping to conclusions and unnecessarily replacing the boiler.

Woodward Plumbing & Heating Ltd., provided a completitive quote, broken down and easily understood. Ian recommended two types of combi-boiler, illustrating the pro's and con's of each and we decided on his advice on the best combi for size of our property. When it came to installation, Ian made sure we were prepped on what to expect, time frames and he was always courteous and a good listener. Arriving as agreed 1st thing, and putting in 2 full days work. The work was completed within the 2 days, to a very high standard, and we were confident to leave Ian & Steve alone in our home to get on with their work. There was zero mess afterward, and I believe Ian & Steve take great pride in the craftmanship and the quality of their work. There are others out there who bamboozle and try it on, we got 3 quotes and Ian Woodward's gave us the confidence to choose his company above the other two, who were ok but didnt instill confidence. Simon attended to repair a serious leak above the dining room ceiling. Access proved to be quite difficult but Simon worked round the problem, identified the source of the leak and sorted everything out for us very professionally, keeping damage and mess to an absolute minimum and charging a very fair price for the work. This is the second time Simon has done work for us and I can't recommend him highly enough. A really nice guy and an honest and expert tradesman.
