RML came to replace a toilet, kitchen sink and connect a washing machine. They were really accommodating, making an early morning visit to assess the job, advising on the sink and sourcing the toilet. On the day, they were punctual, polite, professional and clean. Finally, the price was extremely reasonable for the service I received. I would happily call on them again.

Richard replied very promptly to my text requesting an urgent visit the same morning and arrived at the time he had told me. Fixed my toilet quickly, within an hour, replacing all parts to ensure there were no further issues. The reason for 4 stars is just that he did not provide me with a quote prior to starting the work. In this instance I could not have done anything else as the repair needed to be done ASAP, but it was more than I was expecting, although still reasonable for an emergency call-out after a little research. Would recommend.

Fin came and replaced my old original boiler which was no longer very economical, with an Ideal combi boiler. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself and managed to fit the new boiler inside the kitchen cabinet very neatly given the size. Would recommend 👍

Absolutely brilliant service from Simon. I've got a Boilermate A-Class OV thermal store and it was a nightmare finding someone who could help repair it when it stopped providing my hot water. I luckily found Derby Plumbing Services and Simon came out the next day after I rang. Now, one day later, the Boilermate is all repaired. 2 day service! I could not recommend Derby Plumbing Services more, amazing :)

Rang Simon with a central heating problem. He turned up later that day and quickly diagnosed the problem. A valve needed replacing. He came back and replaced the valve in the early evening. An excellent and efficient service.

We had an issue at home with our boiler mate system which people who live on our estate and had a miller home know all about. I was recommended by a few neighbours to call Simon at Derby Plumbing Services and after a 5 minute phone call he turned his vehicle around from a job he was going to and came to us. We recently had an issue with our toilet—a slow leak and a valve problem that we couldn’t fix ourselves. Asif from East Midlands Gas & Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. He communicated clearly, arrived on time, and was polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We’re based in Tutbury, Burton Upon Trent, but I understand they also service areas like Derby and Nottingham. I had East Midlands Gas & plumbing over for a boiler service and they did a wonderful job servicing my Worcester combi boiler. They seemed very experienced, friendly and offered lots information to make sure I'm comfortable with any work undertaken. Can safely say that I'd be going back to them for all plumbing work in the future.

We needed a plumber urgently on the weekend for a leak in our kitchen. Asif came within 3 hours, sorted the problem quickly and also gave me some top plumbing tips whilst he was here! Would definitely contact again if we need help in future!

Matt fitted our heating/hot water boiler. Our boiler is in the loft, he covered the floor & stairs with mats to the loft. A very clean & tidy installation. Had Halo heating control which he helped me set up, (you can turn the heating on when not at home from your phone). Professional installation would definitely recommend.

Matt fitted me a new boiler in my loft area, which involved a lot of pipe work, from the change from old boiler in the previous kitchen space, a new logic combi boiler with halo. Because Matt did this job in good time this meant I was able to push on with my kitchen upgrade. A quality job and again very happy with the finished result. Will use Matt again for all future plumbing work required. Matt also fitted my bathroom and did all the tiling work - and did a great job, the finished look I am very happy with. Not an easy task for the tiling, as I chose small Metro tiles, so there was a lot of work to do to get these on the wall and grouted. Again, extremely pleased with the finished result and look.

Martyn is an excellent professional plumber who came out to help with our broken old boiler. Within 24 hours we have a new boiler fully installed and commissioned! Really couldn’t ask for better service. He took us through all the replacement options and warranties and once we had made our decision, the new boiler was delivered 30 minutes later ready for Martyn to fit the next morning.
