Fin came and replaced my old original boiler which was no longer very economical, with an Ideal combi boiler. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself and managed to fit the new boiler inside the kitchen cabinet very neatly given the size. Would recommend 👍

I had the gas supply safety checked as I was moving into an old property. Finlay is very personable, friendly and gave me plenty of heating advice which was invaluable. Finflo was recommended to me and now I am recommending Finflo myself, great service at a reasonable price.

Amazing service! Called Fin and he was at my house 10 minutes later. An hour later all the problems were fixed and a new washing machine installed and working. If I could give him 10 stars, I could! Would definitely recommend

Matt fitted me a new boiler in my loft area, which involved a lot of pipe work, from the change from old boiler in the previous kitchen space, a new logic combi boiler with halo. Because Matt did this job in good time this meant I was able to push on with my kitchen upgrade. A quality job and again very happy with the finished result. Will use Matt again for all future plumbing work required. Matt also fitted my bathroom and did all the tiling work - and did a great job, the finished look I am very happy with. Not an easy task for the tiling, as I chose small Metro tiles, so there was a lot of work to do to get these on the wall and grouted. Again, extremely pleased with the finished result and look.

provided excellent service when our boiler broke in February. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using again. Thanks also to Dave who fitted the new radiators we also had installed at the same time excellent service all round.

This is the second time in so many years that I needed Richard's services and he responded promptly, was able to visit quickly, and solved what I needed. In the first visit he was extremely careful to handle a hidden leak in a wall that had been recently decorated. The leak was tricky to find and he saved me so much money by solving it quickly and doing it in a way that didn't disrupt any decoration previously done. Second time, he replaced an old stop tap and outside tap. Definitely recommend him, he is my go to plumber.

Tom & Jack have been great! They have done an amazing job with getting my heating system replaced and modernised, including the replacement of radiators & adding in Nest. They repiped the whole house for me as well! Tom kept me updated each step of the way and always gave me a call when a decision needed making. Tom has visited our property a number of times recently. A number of visits to give me very helpful advice. We recently had all of our central heating pipes cleaned and radiators flushed out. Nothing is too much trouble, today he fitted our brand new boiler at very short notice. He regularly took time out in a very busy day to talk me through progress. Outstanding service from start to finish. They helped us choose our new boiler and then made multiple trips to fit it, as we’re renovating our home and our builders were behind schedule. They gave me great advice for the future care of our boiler and answered all my plumbing questions. Brilliant attention to detail, and they left the place spotless! All very much appreciated. Hi decided to post this review. Because after having dealt with independent contractors who took advantage of my lack of knowledge with respect to plumbing and electrical installations. My interaction with Highfield heating and plumbing has been spot on from the start both the plumber Andy and Craig were polite and professional and I couldn't be happier with their pricing very reasonable. So Anyone reading this should know this is the first review I've done and was happy to do it. Thanks also to Sarah who worked to get coordinate all mine and the Tennant's timetable. Anyway enough said. They are better than good...... This is the second time I have called Highfield Heating And Gas for help. A fast response, solved the problem and there may be cheaper alternative contractors, I doubt they are as good as Highfield Heating And Gas Ltd.. From my perspective you get what you pay for. I do hope this is helpful to anyone reading this review as I'm not in the habit of giving reviews. .

Absolutely oustanding service!! Excellent communication both before and after our appointment. Called Craig on Sunday with a leaking boiling and his colleague Martin came out first thing the next day. Needing a new boiler isn’t what we were expecting on the day we moved into our property! However martin was knowledgable and checked all our plumbing over thoroughly before starting and finishing his work. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Mansfield. We will definitely be using Highfield again in the future for our plumbing and heating work.

Henman Dunn came recommended to us and I’m so glad we used them. They moved our boiler, fitted an unvented cylinder and removed our existing cylinder and water tank. Ashleigh quoted and understood everything than we wanted to do. Everything happened so smoothly. Nothing was a problem. Michael and George worked flat out. So courteous and respectful. Cleaned up after themselves and took all the rubbish away. We have an old house with lots of work to do, so this is one less job to do. We will definitely use them again. Thank you.

From start to finish, Dan managed the process of renovating our downstairs toilet bathroom expertly. He was diligent, professional and clearly cares about his quality of work (unlike a lot of other tradespeople I've used). He said he'd do the job in five days, and that's exactly what happened. I am personally very pedantic but couldn't find any issues with his workmanship. Great guy and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

I cannot recommend Dan enough. He came recommended to us for our renovation work and has completed all plumbing from 1st fix, radiators and 2nd fix on our kitchen, 1st fixing the en-suite, along with a few other bits too. Its very difficult to find good trades anymore but this company has restored our faith. Having a side/back extension and then a full refurb to existing house, this company has been A1. Dan (owner) is so responsive/pro active and offers the best advice to suit your property. Housekeeping is very important and he didn’t let us down. Excellent work, very polite and honest. We needed work to our boiler our pressure valve had failed. Not only did Josh replace the parts he managed to sort a leak of which we knew the wall was damp. However, we could not figure out where it was coming from since then the wall is dry and ready to re painted. Would recommend. Will use again and again. Thanks very much!

Josh fixed a leak in my water pipe. He was very pleasant, and found I had two leaks quite close together. He fixed them both very quickly and for a great price. I will call him when I need a plumber again.
