We have used Finlay’s services for a couple of years now. He is punctual, professional and a really pleasant guy. Henman Dunn came recommended to us and I’m so glad we used them. They moved our boiler, fitted an unvented cylinder and removed our existing cylinder and water tank. Ashleigh quoted and understood everything than we wanted to do. Everything happened so smoothly. Nothing was a problem. Michael and George worked flat out. So courteous and respectful. Cleaned up after themselves and took all the rubbish away. We have an old house with lots of work to do, so this is one less job to do. We will definitely use them again. Thank you.

My boiler eventually died and within days Henman Dunn were on the case to get it sorted. George and Jak came to fit me a brand new combi boiler and also removed my water tank upstairs. They did a great job and I was surprised how quick they got it done with how big of a job it was. They cleaned up after themselves and I’m warm again! Definitely recommend them.

Amazingly helpful! Woke up to no hot water and heating and an error code on the boiler. Spoke to Derbyshire Gas Geeks and rather than coming out for a fee he talked me through what I needed to do to resolve the problem. 10 minutes later we had hot water and heating again, would definitely recommend and use again. Josh came out and undertook a boiler service within 24 hours of contact which at this time of year, is very rare but we had been let down by another company. He sent a message to say he was on his way and was extremely professional, thorough and competitively priced. We will definitely be using Josh again and can highly recommend him!

Excellent work, very polite and honest. We needed work to our boiler our pressure valve had failed. Not only did Josh replace the parts he managed to sort a leak of which we knew the wall was damp. However, we could not figure out where it was coming from since then the wall is dry and ready to re painted. Would recommend. Will use again and again. Thanks very much!

Josh and his team came out to me promptly to sort out problem with heating and identified quite a few problems. It was very frustrating for them as led from one problem to another but they never gave up and come out on numerous occasions until sorted. Alway came out when they said they would and never let me down. I now have fully working heating thanks to this great team. Jason (Premier Plumb) is absolutely fantastic. He’s done a couple of jobs for us recently, both quite minor repairs but an absolute pain to do. There’s never been a long lead time and he’s always arrived on time. Not only does he do a brilliant job, but he does it for an extremely reasonable price. Never had a plumber who is willing to fix any problem. Whether it has a small price tag or a bigger one, Jason will arrive when he says he will … then either fix or replace. Wouldn’t use anyone else. We are currently scheduled for an update to a specific area of our kitchen - and I know he’s a busy guy…but definitely worth waiting for.

I’ve been using Jason (Premier Plumb) for many years. New bathrooms inc tiling, downstairs wc added and other plumbing jobs. I cannot fault Jason, nothing is ever any trouble, he is extremely reliable and will always get the job done. As I’m also a landlord I need a reliable plumber and Jason never lets me down. I would highly recommend Jason for any job.

provided excellent service when our boiler broke in February. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using again. Thanks also to Dave who fitted the new radiators we also had installed at the same time excellent service all round.

Matt fitted me a new boiler in my loft area, which involved a lot of pipe work, from the change from old boiler in the previous kitchen space, a new logic combi boiler with halo. Because Matt did this job in good time this meant I was able to push on with my kitchen upgrade. A quality job and again very happy with the finished result. Will use Matt again for all future plumbing work required. Matt also fitted my bathroom and did all the tiling work - and did a great job, the finished look I am very happy with. Not an easy task for the tiling, as I chose small Metro tiles, so there was a lot of work to do to get these on the wall and grouted. Again, extremely pleased with the finished result and look.

Contacted Liam and he actually answered which is more than most do he turned up to look at my toilet next day as promised. He ordered the part my toilet needed and came and fitted it when he said he would. There was a slight problem nothing major with it after he fixed it but again he came out and sorted it. We had a new kitchen and some structural changes made on our house. Calvin did all of this for us and we could not have asked for a better service - he was friendly, professional and completed all work to a high standard.
