I am really pleased with my new key fob and Dean made sure everything was working correctly before he left. Received an invoice and receipt on site. I had a problem with a set of keys and was unable to start my car... Phoned Autokeys Chesterfield and setup an appointment... Very pleasant and helpful person arrives as scheduled and fixed my remote... Price was very reasonable. I discussed my other vehicle remote with him and as I had a new spare outer case he advised he would sort it all out for me... Excellent.. friendly service... Don’t often post,, but credit where it’s due, had an issue with the French doors and the most helpful chap ever came on the phone and advised someone could come out and repair the door for an incredibly reasonable call-out fee, not only that,, this chap walked me through some possibilities what the issue could be purely by me describing the fault,, I will not hesitate to use this company, a local gem and long may they be in business 10/10 from me

What can I say but absolutely fantastic service. We had an issue with the gear box breaking on our upvc door. We took all the mechanism to the leabrooks store. The lady couldn't have been more helpful. She replaced the old gear box and realined the top locking hook. Excellent customer service would highly recommend.

Wow tried to repair the Door Gearbox what a nightmare it fell apart went to the Leabrooks Shop at 16.15 in a panic could not lock the back door. The young lady fitted a new gear box supplied two new Handles. This is what you call excellent 5 star service . all back together door locks Thank you so much

I was told to ring this company when I needed help as my one and only caravan key had snapped in half. I was hoping to arrange a visit to help me get my door unlocked. Paul was extremely helpful on my initial call and made some suggestions to try first. Took his advice and my problem was solved. Extremely pleased that I contacted this company who helped and saved me the expense of an appointment.

Paul came round swiftly and sorted my front door lock which was stuck closed! Communication was excellent and he let me know when he was on his way, he explained what he was going to do and did an excellent job, highly recommend!

Paul responded over the weekend & agreed to come & look at what was needed Monday evening with us living on a small road, agreed the local Wickes was an ideal place. I called Richard yesterday evening at 8.30pm as we needed a front door lock replacing urgently. He arrived super quickly within 15 minutes & took apart the old lock & changed it to a new one speedily & efficiently. He was a lovely guy & was really patient with my disabled cousin who's house it was to make sure he could use the new lock easily & was happy with it.
