I called Kenny and he came out within the hour of speaking with him. My back door wasn't connecting to the frame properly, therefore it was causing an extreme draught, you could clearly see the gap between the door and frame. Kenny sorted the problem. I would highly recommend and definitely use again. Excellent service at a brilliant price.

Absolutely brilliant service 5 star!!!!! I had a new door fitted from Safestyle last year, they have now gone bust - no wonder! I had to have Safestyle back to the door 5 times, still did not resolve the issue, kept getting locked in or out of my property, they then sent another locksmith in from a agency, he said he had resolved to situation, but no, continued to get either locked in or locked out of my property and this has happened 5 times in the last week, the locking mechanism was not working, then all of a sudden it would release. Ken and his son Kenny came out to me today at short notice, spent ages on the door and frame, taking hinges off, adjusting everything and pointed out it had never been fitted into the frame correctly in the first place! The door was leaning to the left in the frame, Kenny adjusted absolutely everything, Kenny and his dad Ken are absolutely brilliant, can’t thank them enough and are really reasonable on what they charge! I can wholeheartedly recommend them, they went over and above resolving my issue, thank you 🙏👏❤️

Just got to the leabrooks shop before closing, armed with door locking parts from my back door. In no time at all Abbie had got my locking mechanism fixed and working again, much to my relief,and an hour later I'd got it back installed and good as new. What can I say but absolutely fantastic service. We had an issue with the gear box breaking on our upvc door. We took all the mechanism to the leabrooks store. The lady couldn't have been more helpful. She replaced the old gear box and realined the top locking hook. Excellent customer service would highly recommend.

Wow tried to repair the Door Gearbox what a nightmare it fell apart went to the Leabrooks Shop at 16.15 in a panic could not lock the back door. The young lady fitted a new gear box supplied two new Handles. This is what you call excellent 5 star service . all back together door locks Thank you so much

I had a problem with a set of keys and was unable to start my car... Phoned Autokeys Chesterfield and setup an appointment... Very pleasant and helpful person arrives as scheduled and fixed my remote... Price was very reasonable. I was told to ring this company when I needed help as my one and only caravan key had snapped in half. I was hoping to arrange a visit to help me get my door unlocked. Paul was extremely helpful on my initial call and made some suggestions to try first. Took his advice and my problem was solved.
