Nothing was too much trouble and it is clear that he is highly experienced in his profession. Phil is absolutely fantastic. First of all he managed to attend at extremely short notice, late on a Sunday evening, to gain entry to our guest property with a failed smartlock whilst I was away. He gained entry within about 15 minutes and provided a permanent repair solution for our guest to continue using the property unhindered. He also sourced for additional parts so that the smartlock can be reintegrated without issue. An absolutely genuine and honest man and wonderful to chat with. He has great advice and definitely knows his stuff. Highly recommended. Thank you Phil.

My nan had a barrel changed yesterday and my nan's carers used the lock three times and then it jammed and stuck closed. Access Now locksmiths were on site 20-30 minutes after I called up and that slight delay was due to me not sending the address promptly, due to receiving phone calls. The diagnosis was the previous day the prior installation had left debris in the lock, which had jammed the cam and then installed the barrel on an angle, which meant that this was always going to happen sooner or later. The debris was removed, the angle on the barrel was remedied and now the door functions as a door again. I was fully expecting a bill in the hundreds and genuinely shocked, in the best possible way, at the cost of both attending and fixing the situation. I would highly recommend this company for service, speed and cost.

The latch on my nine year old's bedroom door-handle broke, leaving her trapped inside. I called Phil at around 8:15am, he answered immediately and gave some really helpful, practical advice with a technique on how to release the latch. It worked a treat and we had her out in time for school, didn't cost us a penny and no need for the fire brigade (that would have been my next port of call!). Really grateful to Phil for the friendly service and advice. I'll definitely be using him for any locksmith needs in the future!

“After speaking to one locksmith who wouldn't/couldn't come out, we were put over to Peak Auto Locks, who were able to help us. We were on holiday in Derbyshire and I had locked my car up and for extra security I had put a disklok on the wheel. The next morning went to go out, and I had forgotten the key to open it(silly me). Ash came out and after we were warned that there could be damage to my steering wheel if he had to use an angle grinder to get it off. I was nervous, but after trying without one, it failed to come off, so the angle grinder had to be used. In the end, all was well. It came off with no damage, and we were able to carry on with our holiday. He came out very quickly. Thank you very much for your quick and professional service.
