Mark was brilliant when I was locked in my house today! He turned up when he said he would, was really friendly and quick to get the door open and working again. He also helped to sort another door which had been giving me problems. I would definitely recommend, great service!

Mark was absolutely fantastic! We accidentally got locked out of our house and he drove from Cardiff within 40 minutes to come and sort out our door lock yesterday at our home 25 miles away. When a key broke in the lock at around 9:25 a.m., access locksmiths were able to help. They arrived within the forty minutes that were promised. It was promptly fixed at 9:55 a.m. It was reasonably priced and the locksmith was friendly and efficient. It's great to have such a trustworthy service close to Ilkeston Community Hospital. Highly recommended!

Required assistance when my door wouldn't lock correctly at approximately 9pm. the technician made sure everything was safe that evening and arrived in less than half an hour. he was incredibly efficient and considerate, and for such a late call, the cost was extremely affordable. it's a huge relief to have such a trustworthy locksmith near ilkeston train station. access locksmiths is highly recommended!

Needed an emergency gain entry and lock change on a Sunday. Very accommodating, arrived very quickly, really friendly. No messing around, all done and cleaned up in 20 mins. Adjusted the door to sit better at the same time even though he did not need to. Excellent price considering for a standard lock change, absolute bargain for an emergency. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Tim was very helpful recently when a customer of mine locked himself out of his room with valuable possessions inside. Unfortunately I was (at the same time) called out to another emergency out of County. Despite being "out of hours" Tim was poised and ready to go within minutes and headed out to the customer, arriving in about 20 minutes. Tim was able to pick open the lock which allowed the cylinder to be used on a key when the "in hours" staff returned - this made the job cheaper for the customer who had made a simple mistake. Thank you Tim and I will happily recommend him for any locksmith work in the future.

Called Tim after one of the locking hooks had become stuck engaged on the front door, preventing it from opening or locking. An hour later he arrived, replaced the damaged locking mechanism for the door and adjusted everything to get a perfect seal. Excellent customer service .. even came to out to our building and tested keys to lock to perfect them … the keys were a bit tricky … but sorted to satisfaction… much better service than at Timpsons who gave conflicting advice depending on which store u went to .. ie availability of template to cut those particular keys.

Highly recommended. I had purchased a new home and needed locks to be changed. I was very pleased that regardless of the number doors I had, I could have one key for all doors. I found the quoting process very easy, straightforward, and without any pressure to purchase anything. I found the pricing very fair and honest.
