Sean along with his team of Johnnie & Charlie, have just installed a new roof on our property, from the initial contact, the measuring up, the choice of tiles (non of which the other Roofing companies offered) to the actual installation and all the additional work I asked them to carry out as they went along, they were nothing but professional all the way through. They turned up everyday, weather permitting on time every day. To say we are very happy with the finished job is an under statement. I can fully recommend Sean and his team

I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now. Simon was recommended by my sister and husband. I had a problem with the ridge tiles, he came along quoted me a price and a week later the ridge tiles were replaced by an excellent team, also solved a further issue for me. I would definitely use Ark Roofers again.

Initially because of work started on my roof by men was left unfinished, leaving a exposed hole. I contacted Jason on a neighbours recommendation for a quote to repair the roof urgently . He came the next day gave me a quote for the repair which was excepted and he started and finished the repair too the roof that day. Additionally he gave me a quote for completely replacing the roof, bay window tiles, repairing the chimney stack plus organising the scaffolding and skip. This was also excepted. Excellent job done. At a reasonable price. Would recommend Jason to anyone, try him. What I paid was reasonable.

I just wanted to publicy thank Jason Walters Roofing & Home Improvements for the recent work they have done for us with our new roof. The owner was very honest at the initial inspection in what needed doing, and explained why. When he came to do the job Jason and the team delivered exactly what he said they would. He obviously loves his job because it shows in his work, what can I say, it's faultless. With their realistic and fair prices too, don't hesitate in employing this company you won't be disappointed.

Very happy with this company, we have used them 3 times now for various roof jobs Including: Replacing Tiles on garage and on Bungalow, Ridge tiles, flashing, cementing & securing the chimney pot. I had the pleasure of hiring Steve and his team to do a full roof installation, replacing all the old existing tiles and roofing felt. I have been having leaking issues due a poor dry ridge installation in 2017. After doing extensive vetting and meeting the team I was very confident that I have found the right team. First impressions are important to me, this was maintained from start to finish and I believe they worked on my home like it was their own. Kurt, Lewis, Regie and Jamie were very polite (even when I got their names wrong consistently), genuinely attentive and patient when I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and why. Each time I left settled and more confident that the work was in good hands, night and day compared to work the that was done previously. Before finishing off the day the team would make sure the surrounding site was clean and tided from debris. I have since (and evening during the work) had neighbours complimenting, admiring the hard work and professionalism the team displayed. I’m very critical and fussy but the final result is ‘perfect’. I have no issue recommending SPH Roofing to any friends and family. Now I just need it to rain so it’ll wash some of the dust off the new tiles haha. Thanks again SPH, Super job.

Steve and his team provided an excellent service from the first call to request a survey and quotation to the work being done. The survey was completed using a drone showing the damaged areas on the roof. Quotation was provided swiftly and work completed within a week. Hopefully the need does not occur again soon but would be more than happy to use SPH Roofing again.

New Roof Replacement - Completed September 2023 I would highly recommend DCB Roofing to carry out all aspects of roofing replacement/repairs. Dan provides a professional service at a fair price. They may not be the cheapest but the quality and reassurance provided is worth it. Building Control is also notified and a completion certificate issued to ensure works have been carried out correctly. This is important should you sell your property. All lead work and chimney works is also included which is not always the case with other roofing contractors. His team Owen, Lee and Matt provide excellent workmanship from start to finish and your property is left clean and tidy. They even continued on in 30 degrees of heat!

After another roofing contractor installed end caps on my property very poorly - they were falling off in days - I checked the internet for a highly rated contractor working in the Derby area and I’m pleased that I selected DCB Roofing. With the prospect of forecast high winds the Team turned up to remove the end caps adjacent to my neighbour’s drive, avoiding the risk of a damages claim. The Team returned a little later to remover and the refit the end caps properly on a day rate basis. I was initially a bit worried by the prospect of adopting a day rate contracting approach, but needn’t have done; the team work solidly throughout the job, minimising noise and keeping the site tidy. The final job was exactly what I was hoping for from the original contractor and came in under the expected budget. There is a lesson to learn here: if you engage a cheap contractor, as I did initially, you get what you pay for & possibly a lot less! Engaging a contractor aiming for customer satisfaction - like DCB - will save money and hassle in the long run. 10/10😃
