Really nice guy, took a video to show the problem and how he fixed it. Cant recommend enough. Will be keeping his number for any future roofing needs.

Excellent customer service from Dalton Roofing, especially Ruby, who took my enquiry, and Phil, who came out. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with another company. I paid them £100 for a roof inspection, and they quoted me hundreds of pounds for repairs that they deemed necessary, to put the roof in good order. The quote was rather vague, and I felt that it was leading to them finding more problems, and therefore charging me much more, if I agreed to them completing the work. I contacted Dalton Roofing, and explained my problem. My insurance company were insisting on a report, and work done, if it was deemed necessary, or my insurance would be invalid. This had to be by a reputable company who are part of a confederation. Thankfully my neighbour suggested contacting Dalton Roofing, which I did. Ruby was helpful on the phone, and arranged for Phil to visit the house today. He was very helpful, professional, and friendly. His inspection resulted in me being told that the roof is in good order, with no faults or problems, and will last for many years. Phil has restored my faith in decent, honest, and reliable companies, who are keen to maintain an excellent reputation. I will use Dalton Roofing if I need any work carried out in the future, and will be happy to recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Phil, I can sleep a lot better tonight.

Very impressed with Dalton Roofing. We had a number of leaks on an old roof and two other companies had tried to fix them without success. We contacted Dalton who came out very quickly to assess the issues. Phil explained the problems and gave me options to consider. He sent me a detailed quote on the same day which I accepted and the work was completed exactly on schedule. During the job, I spoke to Jake who was doing the work. He was great; he answered all my questions, explained what he had done in detail and gave me real confidence that he had understood and fixed the problems. Communication from Ruby at their office was also great. Overall, Dalton have been excellent and I'd recommend them without reservation.

I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now. I would definitely contact Simon again and would recommend them to others who need a roof repair. Thank you Simon and the team.

Very good company excellent to deal with. Bought Resiblock oil remover it certainly works I had a metre square ugly black mark and now after two complete applications just a few tiny residual spots left I hope to use the left over to treat them one by one. Pic 1 I forgot to take a before pic this is where the block mark is drying quicker than the sorrounding area pic 2 is what's left after first treatment pic 3 is after the 2nd treatment. I included a stock pic of a similar mark to mine.

Ashbrook dispatched an order very promptly, but when it arrived, a couple of items were past the 'use-by' date. Phil and his team replaced the roofs, fascia's and soffits to our house and garage. They worked through ice and snow, but persisted and were always cheerful and polite. We were kept fully informed at all stages. They have done an excellent job, to a high standard. Phil used Crescent Scaffolding and they similarly did a great job through awful conditions! We are very pleased with the roofing work that Phil and his team have done.

Phil and his team have just replaced our main roof, lower extension roof and bay window roof. After being let down by two other roofing contractors, it's been a pleasure having Phil and his team. The work was carried out quickly, on time, with minimal disruption and we are really pleased with the quality. Phil and his team recently removed, insulated and put a new membrane on our leaky stone roof before relaying the stones. They ensured that the stones matched in thickness and size so that there wouldn’t be any issues in the future. The team were really hard working and friendly, they explained what they were doing and why and kept me updated. They even turned up when it was snowing and did what they could. I’m honestly so pleased I found Phil and his team and I recommend them highly.

Steve and his team provided an excellent service from the first call to request a survey and quotation to the work being done. The survey was completed using a drone showing the damaged areas on the roof. Quotation was provided swiftly and work completed within a week. Hopefully the need does not occur again soon but would be more than happy to use SPH Roofing again.
