Nick was great. I was worried, as I'd had bad experiences before him. Quality work on our whole house fibre glass flat roof. Such a relief. No more worry when it rains. Asked for payment in 3 lots, which again, was fine. All workmen pleasant. He's already done my friends roof, she was happy too. Would definitely recommend. Our roof guaranteed for 20 years.

Great service identified where the leak was coming from. Replaced the guttering to the back of the property and solved our shared guttering problem with our neighbours. Very tidy and very good. I cannot praise Shaun and his team enough. Him and his team did a full re-roof on my house a few months ago. Came and gave a quote which i accepted and he explained everything they would do and the time scales. They were punctual and worked full days even when the weather wasn't great! Excellent customer service from Dalton Roofing, especially Ruby, who took my enquiry, and Phil, who came out. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with another company. I paid them £100 for a roof inspection, and they quoted me hundreds of pounds for repairs that they deemed necessary, to put the roof in good order. The quote was rather vague, and I felt that it was leading to them finding more problems, and therefore charging me much more, if I agreed to them completing the work. I contacted Dalton Roofing, and explained my problem. My insurance company were insisting on a report, and work done, if it was deemed necessary, or my insurance would be invalid. This had to be by a reputable company who are part of a confederation. Thankfully my neighbour suggested contacting Dalton Roofing, which I did. Ruby was helpful on the phone, and arranged for Phil to visit the house today. He was very helpful, professional, and friendly. His inspection resulted in me being told that the roof is in good order, with no faults or problems, and will last for many years. Phil has restored my faith in decent, honest, and reliable companies, who are keen to maintain an excellent reputation. I will use Dalton Roofing if I need any work carried out in the future, and will be happy to recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Phil, I can sleep a lot better tonight.

Very impressed with Dalton Roofing. We had a number of leaks on an old roof and two other companies had tried to fix them without success. We contacted Dalton who came out very quickly to assess the issues. Phil explained the problems and gave me options to consider. He sent me a detailed quote on the same day which I accepted and the work was completed exactly on schedule. During the job, I spoke to Jake who was doing the work. He was great; he answered all my questions, explained what he had done in detail and gave me real confidence that he had understood and fixed the problems. Communication from Ruby at their office was also great. Overall, Dalton have been excellent and I'd recommend them without reservation.

I called RW Roofing when I noticed a leak into my loft. They came round promptly and put me a quote together for repairing that and for some other work that needed doing but I had been putting off; replacing the top 3 rows of roof tiles and replacing the flat roof on a bay window. The work started the following week and was done to a high standard, the replacement lead flashing on the chimney stack was done very neatly. They also repaired some pointing on the chimney and the flaunching that they only saw once the work had started. The guys who came to do the work were all very polite and just got on with things in a professional manner. There is a 5 year guarantee on the mortar work and a 20 year guarantee on the flat roof in the event of any issues down the line. I have recommended RW Roofing to some of my friends who are planning on having some roof work done and I would use them again.

We called Ricky and the team out to fix our dormer roof that had heavily leaked. The overall process was super quick and they gave us really solid advice to help whilst the scaffolding was setup. The leak was fixed and has been in perfect repair since, and the new flat roof looks clean & well finished. Absolutely can't recommend these folks enough, great work, professional and speedy!

After an online message was sent I received a phone call the next morning to arrange a visit the same day to determine the cause of a leak from the kitchen bay window. Nick and Dan arrived at 1pm and immediately spotted that some mortar was missing from the flashing in the wall and applied some silicone to the defective areas. This was a great relief to me as I had thought a complete new fibre glass repair would be necessary. Great job lads! I will be recommending and using you in the future.

Great team. From start to finish. I had a full roof replacement. A refurbishment of my chimney. Insulation added to my attic to building standards. We had a really good team replacing our old dilapidated garage with a new Penta roofed Compton model, with metal roof lined so it didn't drip in cold weather. Work was carried out professinally and speedily. We are really pleased with the garage and its quality, also the price was exceptionally reasonable. Just to add that because the garage was on a raised plinth the garage has never had flooding issues, a problem for many in this area with steep down sloping driveways from the road level. Quick to turn up to quote, and quickly came to do the work. We were suffering with bad condensation in the loft, so ventilation tiles fitted along with trays. Hopefully it will solve the problem. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Thanks lads.

Fred is very knowledgeable and went into detail regarding root cause and fixing my roof. When he noticed anything he communicated straight away with the best solution. I had new fascias, soffits and guttering too as part of the overall package of work, looks great!. Highly recommend these guys. Had my whole roof done by them after another company botched their work and left me in a mess. Quoted a good price, and started the work a week later. Everything was all done in two days, and they left the area cleaner than they came into. A storm arrived the night they finished and it was the first night in a long time I slept without worrying about water coming in. They were good blokes, ready to work and happy to be there. Didn't feel any negativity from any of them. Lester always replied promptly to questions, and kept me updated throughout with pictures. Will use them again for a chimney issue I have. They are big fans of coffee, and deserve the best cups

Couldn’t recommend Lords Roofing & Sons enough. We had complications along the way as structural engineering drawings were missing calculations for beams needed. Thanks to Liam and his lads for spotting this, as this would have been a very costly mistake. We are very happy with how the extension hipped roof looks. Liam and his lads have given us loads of tips and advice as this is going to be a self build / renovation project.

Lords have been fantastic once again. I called with a minor tile problem which was causing a leak and Liam managed to fit me in the next day due to a cancellation being in the local area. Working with Liam and the Lords team was so easy and pleasant, I wish I'd have gone straight to them in the first place rather than getting booked in, delayed and generally run around by other roofers! Liam was easy to communicate with, super responsive and up front about the work, costs and timings. Everything was scheduled in and communicated well by Laura. Any questions I had, they were quick to answer. When it came to the actual work, the team of roofers were fast, respectful and friendly. Led by Alex who was the nicest guy, funny and hard working, the team would arrive around 8ish and made sure they cleaned up at the end of every day to the point where it was actually cleaner than when they arrived! The got on so well with the neighbours, even entertaining the toddler next door who watched them from the window! The work was all completed faster than expected (mostly due to them bringing in extra guys who all worked well together) and to a good standard, the house and garage roofs now look perfect. Both Alex and Liam assured me that they guarantee their work and if there are any issues in the future they wouldn't hesitate to come round and sort anything out.
