After being let down by a previous roofer, we contacted James, who came when he said he would to look at what was needed, gave a very reasonable price for the work and booked us in very quickly. He ordered all the materials needed to complete the job, came on time and worked very hard in the rain, work is to very high standard, we are absolutely delighted and can't thank you enough. Luke and his team where fantastic. Luke explained what was going to happen after we told him what we required and sent us a detailed estimate. Everything happened as he said it would, was completed on time and to estimate. The standard of work was excellent and the cost very competative. Luke has just finished replacing my whole roof and it looks amazing. I was given a full quote, which was itemised. I was informed about everything that was happening and when. In addition they cleaned up any debris left from the work and leave as though they haven't been. Luke was recommended to me by 2 different people that I work with and their opinions are held in high regard - they weren't wrong. I would 100% recommend Webster roofing services.

Really pleased with our new roof! Luke advised on choosing materials at the start and then dealt with the awkward access, including carrying heavy timbers up a steep hill when the lorry couldn't get close. Despite challenging weather conditions the works ran to schedule, including completing some extra items that cropped up. The team at Webster's clearly took pride in their work and delivered an amazing result. Would definitely use again.

Called Allen about some broken roof tiles. Despite it being the holiday period, he was out the next morning to fix it for us. Very friendly and professional, had the job done within 30 min. I'd definitely recommend him.

We have had numerous small issues with our roof since purchasing a new property and Alan has arrived with short notice and proven to be very reliable. Each small job has been complicated in itself however Alan has professionally repaired all the issues and given good advice for remedial work ongoing. I had the pleasure of hiring Steve and his team to do a full roof installation, replacing all the old existing tiles and roofing felt. I have been having leaking issues due a poor dry ridge installation in 2017. After doing extensive vetting and meeting the team I was very confident that I have found the right team. First impressions are important to me, this was maintained from start to finish and I believe they worked on my home like it was their own. Kurt, Lewis, Regie and Jamie were very polite (even when I got their names wrong consistently), genuinely attentive and patient when I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and why. Each time I left settled and more confident that the work was in good hands, night and day compared to work the that was done previously. Before finishing off the day the team would make sure the surrounding site was clean and tided from debris. I have since (and evening during the work) had neighbours complimenting, admiring the hard work and professionalism the team displayed. I’m very critical and fussy but the final result is ‘perfect’. I have no issue recommending SPH Roofing to any friends and family. Now I just need it to rain so it’ll wash some of the dust off the new tiles haha. Thanks again SPH, Super job.

Very good company excellent to deal with. Bought Resiblock oil remover it certainly works I had a metre square ugly black mark and now after two complete applications just a few tiny residual spots left I hope to use the left over to treat them one by one. Pic 1 I forgot to take a before pic this is where the block mark is drying quicker than the sorrounding area pic 2 is what's left after first treatment pic 3 is after the 2nd treatment. I included a stock pic of a similar mark to mine.

From start to finish of a full re-roof and solar installation, JAL roofing and JAL solar have been perfect. Their head of solar explained all the benefits, giving us a full walk through of all the options and giving great advice and was really professional laying out all the facts with no pushy salesman techniques like a lot of solar companies out there! The team JAL sent were a great bunch of guys and really friendly and were more than happy to have me up on the roof showing me what they were doing and how it all works! Apart from destroying my Christmas lights when replacing the roof and promising to replace/ refund the money, which I am still waiting on, the actual roof has been completed to a high standard. Labourers had the usual trade banter, and swearing on site which was sometimes in front of minors other than this they have completed the task to a good quality standard and we're generally friendly if supplied with copious amounts of tea and coffee!
