Fast, professional service. Shane and the team are very kind and helpful, explaining things very well (and patiently!) to me who has no knowledge of anything to do with the building trade. Work completed ahead of schedule (!!!) and at the quoted price. Zero complaints from this very happy customer! Would recommend to anyone, will be using their service the next time I have any building needs.

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Luke and Jordon as both of them have been amazing. Luke responded to a call to try to make right what a previous workperson had made an awful mess of with respect to my ridge tiles on my detached dormer bungalow. After a week the mortar started to fall off, and by June everything had fallen off. Worry set in as to the winter coming . Luke fully understood the implications of the problem I’d been left with. So, he came round with Jordon a month ago- they worked early morning to early evening , supplied with sausage rolls and a baguette each and on demand tea. Luke was incredibly knowledgeable about the roof and what was needed. He used a new substance and the reviews are very good. Their workmanship, attention to safety and care and thoughtfulness was brilliant. He even went over and above putting some slipped tiles back into place. What a treat it was to have professionals like them around. And how nice were they with my collie pup? Very. When finished they cleaned up and it was as if they had never been here. Spotless! All I can say is that I would highly recommend the company to anyone. They are top class, take pride in their work, reliable and honest. Good price too. My tiles are firmly fixed and a weight off my mind. What’s not to like? Thanks to you both and take care of yourselves. Alys and Gem the Collie pup.

Luke has just finished replacing my whole roof and it looks amazing. I was given a full quote, which was itemised. I was informed about everything that was happening and when. In addition they cleaned up any debris left from the work and leave as though they haven't been. Luke was recommended to me by 2 different people that I work with and their opinions are held in high regard - they weren't wrong. I would 100% recommend Webster roofing services.

Luke and his team where fantastic. Luke explained what was going to happen after we told him what we required and sent us a detailed estimate. We have had numerous small issues with our roof since purchasing a new property and Alan has arrived with short notice and proven to be very reliable. Each small job has been complicated in itself however Alan has professionally repaired all the issues and given good advice for remedial work ongoing. Chrissy restored my faith in tradesmen. After being messed around by other companies Chrissy came to assess the job and offered a fair quote to replace a number of rosemary roof tiles and replace all the ridge tiles with new ones. Apart from destroying my Christmas lights when replacing the roof and promising to replace/ refund the money, which I am still waiting on, the actual roof has been completed to a high standard. Labourers had the usual trade banter, and swearing on site which was sometimes in front of minors other than this they have completed the task to a good quality standard and we're generally friendly if supplied with copious amounts of tea and coffee!

From start to finish of a full re-roof and solar installation, JAL roofing and JAL solar have been perfect. Their head of solar explained all the benefits, giving us a full walk through of all the options and giving great advice and was really professional laying out all the facts with no pushy salesman techniques like a lot of solar companies out there! The team JAL sent were a great bunch of guys and really friendly and were more than happy to have me up on the roof showing me what they were doing and how it all works! We had been looking for solar panels for a while and decided to get a quote from Octopus but also asked a neighbour about their installation from JAL. We were very impressed by the level of service and the quality of the whole experience from JAL. We had several quotes from Sam Tebbs (Head of Solar) and we were not rushed to make a decision. Sam came to the house to answer our questions and complete a more accurate survey. Very impressed with what we finally decided on and I would highly recommend JAL if you are looking at solar and battery installation.
