I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now. I would definitely contact Simon again and would recommend them to others who need a roof repair. Thank you Simon and the team.

I’m so glad I chose Ark Roofing. Simon came and gave me a price to replace ridge tiles, repoint the chimney, fix a new chimney cowl and replace the lead flashing The crew who came to do the job were brilliant and kept me informed. We had Antony to do some fairly extensive repairs to our house and garage roofs during August 2024. The repairs consisted of completely re bedding all the ridge tiles and complete re pointing of all the gable ends including total replacement of all soffit boards. The workmanship and quality of materials were first class together with attention to detail. Antony was very thorough with clearing and removing rubbish every day and going above and beyond with additional work which wasn't charged for. He also keeps you well informed of progress and is also an extremely pleasant man. Antony loves a few mugs of hot, strong tea, but no biscuits though, without this affecting work output as he is very hard working. We would have no hesitation at all in recommending Mickleover Roofline for any roofing project large or small.

Antony was a lovely guy. He replaced the tiles in between our two bay windows. He did a fabulous job, really chuffed. Our house looks the best on the street 😊 Would recommend him to anyone. And would definitely use him for any other tile work.

Having had bad experiences with roofers in the past, we were very wary of contracting " unknowns" for the very big job of a whole new roof for our bungalow. Out of the 4 quotes we had, we chose Derby Roofing, as Tom and Ash were honest, up front and very knowledgeable. l am so pleased we did!!! The job took two weeks and is immaculate! They worked so hard every day and cleared up mess as they went along. We needed some cladding replacing too and they used a contact of theirs, Dan, who was equally as good as his job. They explained the whole process as the job was proceeding and honestly, were really pleasant to have around too! Polite , cheerful and thoughtful. In short, a perfect job, done by honest, pleasant men for a reasonable price. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Brian was great from start to finish. Top notch work and very reasonable price.
