Superb service from an excellent roofer. Turned up on time, quickly to assess damage done by a tree to our roof. Back within the hour with replacement tiles fixing three separate holes in the roof. Very neat job and very reasonable cost. Would recommend them to anyone and will use again if we ever have another problem with the roof.

We had a problem of leaks from under the ridge tiles of our four year old house. The builders had attempted numerous fixes and eventually washed their hands of the issue claiming it was condensation. I called BRS and Terry came next day to take a look and immediately saw the shoddy job the builders had done. He was able to fit us in four days later to completely replace the dry ridge kit and was helpful enough to take plenty of photos that will enable us to pursue a complaint against the builders. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and they turned up exactly when they said they would. Great service, thanks!

After being let down by a previous roofer, we contacted James, who came when he said he would to look at what was needed, gave a very reasonable price for the work and booked us in very quickly. He ordered all the materials needed to complete the job, came on time and worked very hard in the rain, work is to very high standard, we are absolutely delighted and can't thank you enough. James came out to fix a leak from our roof of unknown origin. Arrived exactly when he said he would for the quote, and exactly when he said to do the work. Really nice guy, took a video to show the problem and how he fixed it. Cant recommend enough. Will be keeping his number for any future roofing needs.

Apart from destroying my Christmas lights when replacing the roof and promising to replace/ refund the money, which I am still waiting on, the actual roof has been completed to a high standard. Labourers had the usual trade banter, and swearing on site which was sometimes in front of minors other than this they have completed the task to a good quality standard and we're generally friendly if supplied with copious amounts of tea and coffee!

Just moved into my lovely new home, In Branston Leas, built by St Modwen, Already B rated for economy, but to go higher, Needed to install solar PV, a battery and diverter, In came JAL Roofing, as recommended by Marley, NFRC accredited and fully certified, A local company fitting superior products integrally, These panels replace the tiles and have a sleeker effect, No need to clean them each year to remove the pigeon nests, All installed in less than a week, Most of it while I was away on a break, All plugged in now, and generating power, Forgot to mention the battery on special offer, So I can charge my battery, car, or run the immersion on solar, That last thing means in the summer, free hot water, So, top marks to Sam and the gang for their outstanding work, If you’re looking for solar, no need to look further!

From start to finish of a full re-roof and solar installation, JAL roofing and JAL solar have been perfect. Their head of solar explained all the benefits, giving us a full walk through of all the options and giving great advice and was really professional laying out all the facts with no pushy salesman techniques like a lot of solar companies out there! The team JAL sent were a great bunch of guys and really friendly and were more than happy to have me up on the roof showing me what they were doing and how it all works! I had the pleasure of hiring Steve and his team to do a full roof installation, replacing all the old existing tiles and roofing felt. I have been having leaking issues due a poor dry ridge installation in 2017. After doing extensive vetting and meeting the team I was very confident that I have found the right team. First impressions are important to me, this was maintained from start to finish and I believe they worked on my home like it was their own. Kurt, Lewis, Regie and Jamie were very polite (even when I got their names wrong consistently), genuinely attentive and patient when I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and why. Each time I left settled and more confident that the work was in good hands, night and day compared to work the that was done previously. Before finishing off the day the team would make sure the surrounding site was clean and tided from debris. I have since (and evening during the work) had neighbours complimenting, admiring the hard work and professionalism the team displayed. I’m very critical and fussy but the final result is ‘perfect’. I have no issue recommending SPH Roofing to any friends and family. Now I just need it to rain so it’ll wash some of the dust off the new tiles haha. Thanks again SPH, Super job.
