James came out to fix a leak from our roof of unknown origin. Arrived exactly when he said he would for the quote, and exactly when he said to do the work. Really nice guy, took a video to show the problem and how he fixed it. Cant recommend enough. Will be keeping his number for any future roofing needs.

James was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Excellent service provided, clear and friendly communication, prompt and fair quotation, showed up on time and completed all works to a high standard and took the time to explain what had been done and how (Dry verge installation, multiple tile and felt/batten replacement). I could not have asked for a better service; after all the rain with my roof leaking; they came as soon as possible and sorted all the major problems out, plus made sure there was no water getting in before leaving.; not just done & leave like most. Photos were taken to show me all items of work carried out; so kind, helpful & pleasent. All items taken away as well. They have explained to me that as my house was built in the 70's & no major work has ever been required that next year it would be in my best interest to have the front of my roof checked over of which I will get them to do as I will always go back here first. We had a problem of leaks from under the ridge tiles of our four year old house. The builders had attempted numerous fixes and eventually washed their hands of the issue claiming it was condensation. I called BRS and Terry came next day to take a look and immediately saw the shoddy job the builders had done. He was able to fit us in four days later to completely replace the dry ridge kit and was helpful enough to take plenty of photos that will enable us to pursue a complaint against the builders. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and they turned up exactly when they said they would. Great service, thanks!

Steve and his team provided an excellent service from the first call to request a survey and quotation to the work being done. The survey was completed using a drone showing the damaged areas on the roof. Quotation was provided swiftly and work completed within a week. Hopefully the need does not occur again soon but would be more than happy to use SPH Roofing again.

I had the pleasure of hiring Steve and his team to do a full roof installation, replacing all the old existing tiles and roofing felt. I have been having leaking issues due a poor dry ridge installation in 2017. After doing extensive vetting and meeting the team I was very confident that I have found the right team. First impressions are important to me, this was maintained from start to finish and I believe they worked on my home like it was their own. Kurt, Lewis, Regie and Jamie were very polite (even when I got their names wrong consistently), genuinely attentive and patient when I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and why. Each time I left settled and more confident that the work was in good hands, night and day compared to work the that was done previously. Before finishing off the day the team would make sure the surrounding site was clean and tided from debris. I have since (and evening during the work) had neighbours complimenting, admiring the hard work and professionalism the team displayed. I’m very critical and fussy but the final result is ‘perfect’. I have no issue recommending SPH Roofing to any friends and family. Now I just need it to rain so it’ll wash some of the dust off the new tiles haha. Thanks again SPH, Super job.

Just moved into my lovely new home, In Branston Leas, built by St Modwen, Already B rated for economy, but to go higher, Needed to install solar PV, a battery and diverter, In came JAL Roofing, as recommended by Marley, NFRC accredited and fully certified, A local company fitting superior products integrally, These panels replace the tiles and have a sleeker effect, No need to clean them each year to remove the pigeon nests, All installed in less than a week, Most of it while I was away on a break, All plugged in now, and generating power, Forgot to mention the battery on special offer, So I can charge my battery, car, or run the immersion on solar, That last thing means in the summer, free hot water, So, top marks to Sam and the gang for their outstanding work, If you’re looking for solar, no need to look further!

We had been looking for solar panels for a while and decided to get a quote from Octopus but also asked a neighbour about their installation from JAL. We were very impressed by the level of service and the quality of the whole experience from JAL. We had several quotes from Sam Tebbs (Head of Solar) and we were not rushed to make a decision. Sam came to the house to answer our questions and complete a more accurate survey. Very impressed with what we finally decided on and I would highly recommend JAL if you are looking at solar and battery installation.

Apart from destroying my Christmas lights when replacing the roof and promising to replace/ refund the money, which I am still waiting on, the actual roof has been completed to a high standard. Labourers had the usual trade banter, and swearing on site which was sometimes in front of minors other than this they have completed the task to a good quality standard and we're generally friendly if supplied with copious amounts of tea and coffee!
