James and team installed solar panels, an EV charger, a domestic hot water heating system, and a solar battery system for me last year. They were totally professional and extremely helpful… and really nice guys to boot! 😊 James did all the design and calculations to specify a system for me which has proved to be ideal - it operates at pretty much optimum for my particular circumstances and property. My property has 3-phase electrics and I didn't want the battery inside the house, so James spent time with me assessing both my needs and concerns and didn't just try to install a 'standard' or 'simple' system for me as some other firms wanted to do simply because it was easier for them. I thought the price James quoted was really competitive and I am very happy with the results. I'd recommend them to anyone, although I try not to in case they're too busy with other work if I need them to do some more work for me 😉 After all, if you all used them too I might have to wait a long time for them to have any availability for me! Wayne and his team have seen to all our electrical needs over many years. They are responsive, professional and all really pleasant people to have in the house. Last week Wayne arrived on time (with a smile), wore a face mask and removed his shoes before entering the house. The job he did on this occasion was to fit 3 new LED light fittings perfectly and efficiently. Part of a previous job he did for us was to supply and fit an outside LED light which unfortunately stopped working after only a few months as it was faulty - no worries! a quick phone call to Wayne and he appeared the same day and replaced the faulty light, so we know that his after service is brilliant to. We would not choose anyone else to do any electrical work for us. He is very highly recommended.

Wayne was head and shoulders above the other specialist PV contractors we asked to quote to install solar panels and a storage battery. Wayne was able to answer all my questions during the quoting phase and he and his team were very diligent during the installation. From the outset I felt they were doing their very best for us, rather than a smash and grab - which was the impression I got from the other contractors we approached. Importantly it was Wayne I spoke to, rather than someone from 'sales'. Everything was well explained and after a few weeks of operation I'm really very happy with our system. Darron is one of those incredibly rare electricians who agrees a job, turns up exactly when he says he will, delivers quality work that stands the test of time and charges a very reasonable price for what he does. Darron has also come to us on a few occasions with absolutely no notice, when we have had holiday cottage problems that needed an urgent fix, even on a weekend. I cannot recommend him highly enough, he is a great electrician and a lovely bloke!

Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. A totally professional company. From my initial contact with the company Ainsley sorted out a day and time for the repair of the kitchen extractor unit. Frazier arrived on time he was totally professional and polite unfortunately the kitchen extractor was not repairable. I ordered a new unit and again this was booked to be fitted. I had Electrical Innovations out for a house alarm service. House alarm was beyond economical repair. I was given various options, went for the wireless system, provided with a quote and accepted. They turned up when they said they would, performed the job to the highest standard, took old alarm away and all the packaging from the new alarm. I was kept updated with arrival times via text message. Brad the technician cleaned up after himself, no mess was left. We were very impressed with the service provided. Once the alarm was installed, Brad went through everything with me, explained the settings and set up the app on our phones. Fantastic service, you get what you pay for. You won't be disappointed. Bought a ebac washing machine in 2019 from Allsops. Had the occasional problems, it's used daily so fairly heavy usage. But any issues, and the after sales service is brilliant. I rang Friday and the problem sorted this morning. The cost of these hot water fills are abit more expensive but the seven year cover more than makes up for it.Would definitely buy again and could recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again for a quick efficient service.

Brilliant service and very well-equipped and safety-concious person who repaired my washing machine! I had an Ebac washing machine that started leaking and Ian Allsop came and repaired my machine the next day. Turns out, it was a slight tear in one of the inner rubber tubes. This was a common problem and the manufacturer has since made a modification. However, I was very impressed when he did the safety-checking afterwards: earth testing, plus a simple earth test of my household wiring, that was to make sure that my household wiring was as safe as the washing machine, because you're only as safe as the Weakest Link - like Ann Robinson...

Our Ebac washing machine was leaking. Kevin came out the very next morning, repaired the problem and also gave us some great advice. I'd never thought it possible to meet someone so passionate about washing machines! 100% recommended, no question.

Had a great service when having my ev charger fitted a few years ago. But for me the quality of a company is shown in their aftercare. While having an issue with my charger i rang up hoping they'd be able to get to me urgently within the coming days… 1 and a half hours later they were knocking at my door! Incredible service. The fault was with the charger and luckily it’s under warranty, so i will not hesitate to use these guys to come and swap it out for the new one.

Joseph’s Electrical installed a new Consumer Unit to the house, another consumer unit to the garage along with a new socket ring main, external IP Rated Socket Outlet, 20W Floodlight and Festoon Lights on PIR’s and a separate supply to an outside cabin.
