I contacted SJK regarding my electric shower not heating. Steve supplied and fitted a new one to my requirements, fitting me in within a few days of getting in touch. Friendly, professional and courteous-definitely recommend and would use again.

Had Steve back for a second job at our property (which says it all for a tradesperson!), this time fitting an EV charging point for us. Recently got in touch with SJK electrical & property services to install a replacement integrated oven. He was actually on holiday when we contacted him but this did not stop him replying and arranging to come out on his return. He did a fabulous job, so professional. Jack is really reliable and I recommend him all the time. He’s very patient when I’ve got dates wrong or changed my mind! I’ve worked with him in a work capacity on the renovation of an old mill (where he was asked to do unusual things for particular artist’s equipment and lighting and was great with the artists) and in my own home 🏠

Jack completed the electrics in our front and rear extension. It was a pleasure having Jack around the house and he was very conscientious when completing the work. He also offered advice and potential improvements to our plans throughout the course of his works. I would highly recommend Jack if you need any electrical works completing.

After being recommended them by a close friend, I decided to reach out to Vokes Electrical for a quote for changing all of the lighting in my house to down-lights. I had a rough idea of which lights I wanted and where I wanted them positioned within each of the rooms, and of the 4 companies that came to see the house the guy from Vokes (Jack) was the only only person that actually sat down with me and went over the finer details of where I'd like the lights positioned and provided feedback from his professional point of view, even going so far as to get out a laser level to show me where he thought I should place the lights - as a result, I ended up being able to remove 3 down-lights from the project and 2 of my rooms now look a lot better than they otherwise would of. He managed to finish the whole house in 2 days, was a really pleasant guy to speak to and even went as far as recommending me a specific generation of Philips Hue bulb because they didnt stick out as much as the older (cheaper) version I was looking at buying, which had he of not warned me, would of been an expensive mistake for me to make.

Jack has done all the electrical work on our extension; a single story kitchen, utility and toilet. Jack came out as soon as we had the structure up and went though our needs. Jack is very organised, thorough in his planning and very tidy. He pays attention to detail, and also offered advice on things we’d not thought about. After the first fix, was wasn’t due to see Jack again until the second fix, but a slight change to the initial plan, and a need for heat and smoke alarms, and Jack managed to fit us in to install ahead of plastering. Jack also moved our consumer unit, and did a super neat job of that too, so we now have an up to date, safer consumer unit that is better suited to our needs. Before our kitchen was installed he called round to check everything once again and then as soon as our kitchen was in, Jack returned to finish off the second fix. Jack was happy to do some additions for us, and it never felt like anything was too much for him. He even did some restorative work for us that wasn’t really within his remit, but he wanted it looking right. On top of his professionalism he genuinely one the nicest lads I’ve met, arrives when he say he will and leaves it very tidy. Thank you so much.

Booked Harris Electrical in for CNS Media who came in and fitted some additional floor boxes as well as linking up some RJ45 ports from the floor boxes into our comms cabinet. He went out of his way to work out of hours to ensure noise was kept to a minimum and to not disrupt the working day. Couldn't have asked for better service and would definitely recommend to anybody else.

Amazing service tonight from Nathan at Harris. Phoned Nathan at 2030 this evening after having issues with our fuse board and he arrived at our property within 20 minutes in good spirit, un effected and ready to crack on which I personally thought was above and beyond for starters after learning he had a newborn daughter at home. Nothing was too much or too little for Nathan and he is retuning out of hours tomorrow to replace the fuse board. A very humble chap with a with a lot of care and knowledge to spread. Would 100% recommend and we will 100% use again, and from now on. Many thanks Nathan, you have really put our minds at ease.

Can’t rate this guy highly enough. I had a bit of a late night electrical emergency with my main fuse box tripping, power off all over the house and two very unhappy children. Other places I rang were happy to come out and charge a call out fee but the lovely bloke at Harris Electrical talked me through some trouble shooting and I was able to restore power. Good old fashioned professionalism and honesty and they’ve won a new customer next time I have an issue. Would highly recommend.

We were nervous about using a firm found online, (it didn't work for us last time) and since our previous electrician retired , one of our old (35years) storage heaters also retired ! We were so pleased to find James and his team. He helped us decide on a replacement, explaining very patiently all the options, provided quotes, and gave a date. Two pleasant young gentlemen duly arrived, and completed the job . No mess, no fuss. They explained how the new equipment worked ( easy really) and removed all their rubbish. Nothing left behind. Simples. What a pleasant experience !

James and his team are top quality! They did wiring in most rooms, putting new lights on, new switches and new sockets on with new hobs in the kitchen. They communicated effectively with me, with their works they are doing. The lads are really good at what they do. James has been responsive and his customer service is great. Very happy with Positive Electrics. James was very helpful on the phone, estimate provided within 2 hours (which was very close to final invoice) and very happy with the work carried out. I had some old light fittings swapped out for new, a dimmer switch replaced and some down lights put in. I provided a key and it was all sorted whilst I was at work. Will use Positive Electrics in the future.

James came to supply and fit me 2 security lights. He did a perfect job, even wrote down all instructions for me of how to change settings etc. Lovely helpful, friendly and respectful young man, nothings too much trouble for him. He leaves everywhere clean and tidy and doesn't leave the job until your completely satisfied with the work. He went above and beyond for me, even helped me sort a Blink doorbell out at no extra charge. I contacted James very last minute after the dishwasher had leaked, tripped the electrics and damaged the socket and plug. Searched around for a local electrician who installed home EV charges and came across Plexus Electrical. Michael was very informative in helping us choose the correct EV charger and arrived on time and was quick and tidy in his work. Michael also gave a run through the EV charger settings and set up along with sync the app. Great service and would definitely recommend them.

My wife and I were concerned that our home was not as secure as it could be.
