Ben & his team are fantastic. We are in the process of buying a house, so for our peace of mind we wanted to have the electrics checked. Ben & his team were fantastic, they had no problem going through my estate agents and was out quicker then we expected (which we are very happy about!). We’ve used Jack and various members of his team for work at our previous property and current house. From full rewire , sockets and lights in shed, electrical report for house sale etc and currently working on new extension- we have been very impressed with time keeping, quality of work and value for money. After my son had been let down and left with a complete mess and no electric supply( thanks to two previous idiots.) I contacted Ben to see if he could help. He went to look at and quote the job in a timely manner. He sorted a temporary socket which saved my son using a generator when working on the house. Happy with the price quoted and the dates the work has been carried out to the standard it should be. Don't bother waiting for people who can't be bothered to answer you when you ask for a quote either. Wished we had contacted Ben sooner it would've saved alot of waiting about time. Thoroughly recommend cannot fault from start to finish.

I needed a Electrical Certificate for my factory - after a conversation with Cliff it was obvious he was well qualified and had the experience that would satisfy my Insurers. Cliff completed the survey and then fixed any remedial work that needed it. I had Electrical Innovations out for a house alarm service. House alarm was beyond economical repair. I was given various options, went for the wireless system, provided with a quote and accepted. They turned up when they said they would, performed the job to the highest standard, took old alarm away and all the packaging from the new alarm. I was kept updated with arrival times via text message. Brad the technician cleaned up after himself, no mess was left. We were very impressed with the service provided. Once the alarm was installed, Brad went through everything with me, explained the settings and set up the app on our phones. Fantastic service, you get what you pay for. You won't be disappointed. Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. Thank you to the team here, the service and staff are amazing. We had numerous issues with a new boiler installed by a 3rd party and Colin and his team came out and spent several hours helping to resolve the issue with our electrics. Wayne and his team have seen to all our electrical needs over many years. They are responsive, professional and all really pleasant people to have in the house. Last week Wayne arrived on time (with a smile), wore a face mask and removed his shoes before entering the house. The job he did on this occasion was to fit 3 new LED light fittings perfectly and efficiently. Part of a previous job he did for us was to supply and fit an outside LED light which unfortunately stopped working after only a few months as it was faulty - no worries! a quick phone call to Wayne and he appeared the same day and replaced the faulty light, so we know that his after service is brilliant to. We would not choose anyone else to do any electrical work for us. He is very highly recommended.
