Fantastic service, responded quickly and flexible with appointments, Louis (the electrician) is fantastic, he was an absolute pleasure to be around, he was humble, polite, professional and explained everything clearly. I was very impressed with Adam from the start, he responded to my phone message left within 2 hrs. The first appointment was booked in for the Electrical safety check at my house. I then received a full quote ( all very professional & the work required & costs explained in full) within a day & after giving the go ahead - I received the date when they could attend to conduct the work. I would without doubt use Adam from Pro Electrical again & definitely recommend him. Thank you Adam.

Adam attended today to provide me with a condition report of an electrical installation prior to me selling my house. He was able to attend within a day, at a reasonable price and was friendly and professional. Provided a thorough and high quality check and made some improvements to bring it up to standard. Second time I've used Matt to do electrical work at my home. He's yet again done a fantastic job, this time installing power and lighting circuits to my lounge. He was really accommodating to fit in with the plasterer too. A very friendly chap and a very professional electrician offering great advice for function and compliance. All my sockets are perfectly aligned and subtle enough not to be noticeable. The pictures only allow me to show off my new decorating, while the convenience of the electrics is invisible but very desirable.

Toton renovation project: Met Matt and knew he was the right person to trust with the Electrical works needed for this long term project. He was polite and well presented articulate and knowledgeable and we had no hesitation in accepting his quote. He completed extensive works to :Distribution unit,bathroom lighting/fan/mirror etc. Extensive kitchen works incl ring power,new radial,range cooker, lighting incl wall switched cupboard/pelmet lighting. New workshop power/lighting! All works were carried out in a timely fashion with the emphasis on cleanliness and perfection! Worked well around our very inquisitive dog too!! First class service all round and very happy customers. Would highly recommend Matt.

Excellent service from Matt. Really helpful, explained everything clearly, always on time, really friendly and professional. Our job was fiddly and complicated and he worked really hard to find the problem and come up with a suitable solution - one that didn't even require any mess to be made! We now have a safe fully functioning house which is brilliant. All certificates, invoices, quotes etc provided very quickly and exactly as requested. Really pleased with the service all round.

This young man did some work for me on Friday I only rang him late Thursday evening so he came and solved an issue regarding no working ceiling lights he solved the problem in no time and also put my new light switch on for me . He also put 2 light fittings up for me .he was very knowledgeable & professional and a nice guy to chat to plus reasonably priced. I've got more jobs that I need doing as one of my light fittings didn't work so he is going to come back as soon as my replacement arrives. But will also want him again in the future to carry out more jobs really please with his work so far I recommend Tom for all your electrical needs

I rang Alect due to my boiler not working and somebody was out within the hour. Unfortunately they were not able to fix the problem that night however quickly fitted me in for a boiler replacement. Alect were fantastic, amazingly responsive, with very detailed emails answering all my queries. They were polite, professional, prompt and fair with their charges. They prefer not to cut corners so I paid a little more but the EICR job was thorough and I don't regret paying the extra for peace of mind. I'm sure that when the certificate comes up for renewal in five years, there will be little if any extra work to do. What has stood out for me is their communication. I passed on their original quotation to two other electricians for their comments and, to their credit, Alect didn't mind at all and gave a reasoned and considered response to some of the points that were raised. I actually ended up falling out with one of the other electricians because I felt that, if I would have gone with him instead, he would have cut corners just to be more price competitive, and he didn't like to hear that! In the end, I decided that only with Alect would I have peace of mind that the job had been done properly. And it has!

Amrit is very professional, diligent and has an eye for neatness, during every bit of installation they did from installing a new plug socket to two extractor fans they would clean up after and make sure everything was working fine. Highly recommend if you are in need of an electrician.

Great experience with Amrit. Start to finish, polite, punctual and did his best to work with you to do exactly what you want/need. Accepting a job other electricians ignored. He originally quoted me a price which I was happy with however during the work he advised it wouldn’t be as much, as the job wasn’t taking as long etc which was fantastic. More than happy with the work he and Kenny completed, very efficient, finished up and left it neat and tidy. 100% will be using Amrit again for anything electrical around the house, will recommend to anyone. Came down within an hours notice on a Friday and took their time carefully checking all plugs to try find the fault, once found they quickly fixed the issue, advised on a few other areas and that was that! We have recently had a solar installation at our home comprising 22 panels and three batteries by SH Electrical. From the very first meeting we had total confidence in their recommended solution and ability to do the job. This combined with competitive pricing made them the obvious choice for us. We have recently added an EV to the family and required a home charger installing to benefit from the cheaper electric tariff. First point of contact was Sam who organised a visit from Shaun, at 6pm which was a convenient time and date that suited me. Shaun arrived promptly and discussed what options were available, and the pros and cons of each one. We went for a new Hypervolt 3 Pro and are very happy with the choice and how it performs. All estimated and fitted within 2 weeks. This is the first time I have used S H Electrical and I will use them again if needed.
