Can't recommend these guys high enough. True professionals, they care about the work they do, and that's becoming a rare thing these days. Wouldn't hesitate in having them back to do more for us as and when the need arrises. Trust me, as someone who has fallen foul of cowboys in the past, these are the best around

Neale provided his expertise to replace an induction hob for my elderly mum, nothing was too much trouble; his service was quick and professional and he spent time to show my mum the controls and functions of the new appliance. Would highly recommend him as he is very polite and efficient to deal with.

We have had a significant amount of building work and required new installation of fuse board, first and second fix to new building, along with rewire and reconfiguration of existing lights, sockets and security features etc. A great deal of planning was required, which Russ assisted with. Russ was punctual, tidy and carried out all works to a very high standard. We would not hesitate to recommend him for any electrical work. He is perhaps one of the friendliest tradesmen we have encountered.

We arrived home from a small break to discover our kitchen sockets were not working. We tried the usual stuff to no avail and after phoning several electricians who were to busy, we eventually got RK Electrical services ltd Russell arrived 30 mins later where he fixed the initial issue quickly, however he found a few other faults that were potentially life threatening. Wrong wire connections in fuse box, no earth etc.He must have been at my property for 2 hours,so we we were expecting a large bill(call out etc) We were wrong and nothing what we expected. We had an electrician a few years back to fit us new sockets/lights etc who never spotted the problem. Couldn't recommend Russell( RK Electrical services ltd) any higher. Thanks

Russ came to our aid on Easter Monday following failure of an installation put in by others 6 years ago, what he found was shocking(no pun intended). Made it safe and got some powe back on for us. Subsequently undertook full repair and test. Very tidy and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend.

Just had Gary round to sort out a new pull switch for the bathroom and fix a fault with a light switch in the kitchen. A fantastic job at a very reasonable rate. All work complete in a quick, neat and tidy fashion. I Would not hesitate in asking Gary back to complete other work and would recommend to everyone in the area for electrical work.

Garry came out to assist with a fuse board issue; no fridge/freezer over New Year was not going to be ideal! Professional, great bloke, helpful and thoughtful, and for a very reasonable price; and we really appreciated him coming over whilst he was officially on holiday! Highly recommended.

Gary saves Christmas !!! Our electric cooker failed on 23rd December and despite the last minute notice and the fact that Gary had officially downed tools for Christmas he kindly agreed to fit out replacement cooker today ( Christmas Eve ) Can not fault the service provided at all. Not only was Gary friendly and very accommodating at the last minute, he is very reliable ( arriving a little earlier than planned ) very competitively priced and completed the work with no fuss and to a high standard. We will definitely use his services again in the future and will recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.

My electricity suddenly tripped off on a Saturday night, and on Sunday morning, I called Mohammed—whom I had never used before but saw great reviews about. He arrived promptly around noon, carefully and patiently inspected the issue, and fixed it within an hour. Very professional, trustworthy, and efficient. No pictures as all work done is behind the cabinets or wall. But I was impressed by the planning and execution of the wiring up of my induction hob, which based on 2 sessions of cooking clearly works a treat. No wasted heat and gas, and very fast. If we need anything else doing we know who to contact.

Ryan quickly answered my message and was accommodating to arrange a visit to quote. His quote came through as promised and was great value. I’m having a few jobs done at once and Ryan has been by far the best tradesman at communicating, both in writing and in person. Again he was accommodating on a date for the work to be done. Ryan did a great job installing two additional connection points on our plasterboard wall for wall lights. Given the distance from the sockets, I expected more damage to the walls, but he managed to install everything with minimal disruption. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable, making the whole experience even better. Spot on service! This is the second time I have used Positive Electrics. This time I asked them to upgrade the lights in my kitchen, loft and outside to LEDs and motion activated where appropriate . James was very good an advising me about light levels - tone and brightness - which was helpful as I grew up with 40, 60 and 100w bulbs. He also advised me about replacing my burglar alarm and 2 old extractor fans in bathroom areas. The estimates were clearly laid out and I understood exactly what work was being done and roughly how long it would take. The team ( 2 electricians and a mate) that came to do the work were fantastic. I was working from home that day with a heavy schedule and they were very careful in planning their work so it didn’t disrupt mine. They were a pleasure to have in the house, very polite and friendly and they explained how all the new kit worked especially the burglar alarm. Before leaving they made sure I was happy and they tidied everything up and hoovered. I strongly recommend them.

Very happy with Positive Electrics. James was very helpful on the phone, estimate provided within 2 hours (which was very close to final invoice) and very happy with the work carried out. I had some old light fittings swapped out for new, a dimmer switch replaced and some down lights put in. I provided a key and it was all sorted whilst I was at work. Will use Positive Electrics in the future.
