Many thanks to Lee for his friendly approach and good nature. Electrical problems are not a problem at all when this pro is involved. This guy knows his stuff. The first time we had a short circuit with the switches. Lee came, replaced it and fixed it in a few minutes. I want to note that it was a weekend. The second time we had a broken electric cooker. We had nothing to cook on. Lee came, quickly figured it out, fixed it, advised what else needed to be done. And again everything works. Although he was extremely busy on the day I called him, he booked me in that evening, the work ended up being more than expected but Patrick was committed to see it through. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and gave sound advice with do's and don'ts. Health and safety practices are very important to Patrick, which made me feel confident in his work. Patrick recently did some work for me, after damage was done to some lighting in my house following a botched furniture delivery. I can honestly say Patrick goes above and beyond, has a big heart, and I am grateful to him. Patrick's work is impeccable, I would not even think about using another Electrician, as I have a very good relationship with him. Had 10 solar panels with a Tesla Powerwall3 battery fitted by Electric innovations , whole process was seamless from start to finish , was kept upto date on the installastion timings etc , arrived 8.30am and was all done dusted logged in to the app at 3.30pm by Ben and his team , since the work has been completed i have received various follow up emails and conversations to make sure i was happy with the work completed and if i needed any further assistance . I would have absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this company , very professional approachable and local , this is the second job they have done for me after installing my car charger 2 years ago as well. A totally professional company. From my initial contact with the company Ainsley sorted out a day and time for the repair of the kitchen extractor unit. Frazier arrived on time he was totally professional and polite unfortunately the kitchen extractor was not repairable. I ordered a new unit and again this was booked to be fitted. Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. Neale was great from start to finish, he was able to provide advice on what options I have as well as a quote for the work very quickly and has done an excellent job of replacing my under cupboard kitchen lights. Neale left the kitchen spotless. Would absolutely use Neale again for anything electrical within my home and will recommend him to family and friends.

Neale provided his expertise to replace an induction hob for my elderly mum, nothing was too much trouble; his service was quick and professional and he spent time to show my mum the controls and functions of the new appliance. Had a great service when having my ev charger fitted a few years ago. But for me the quality of a company is shown in their aftercare. While having an issue with my charger i rang up hoping they'd be able to get to me urgently within the coming days… 1 and a half hours later they were knocking at my door! Incredible service. The fault was with the charger and luckily it’s under warranty, so i will not hesitate to use these guys to come and swap it out for the new one.

Wayne was head and shoulders above the other specialist PV contractors we asked to quote to install solar panels and a storage battery. Wayne was able to answer all my questions during the quoting phase and he and his team were very diligent during the installation. From the outset I felt they were doing their very best for us, rather than a smash and grab - which was the impression I got from the other contractors we approached. Importantly it was Wayne I spoke to, rather than someone from 'sales'. Everything was well explained and after a few weeks of operation I'm really very happy with our system. If you are considering a solar-powered system then you won't be disappointed with Wayne. I'm glad we chose an electrician passionate about his craft rather than a 'pop-up' solar installation company that just want to get in and out.

Wayne and his team have seen to all our electrical needs over many years. They are responsive, professional and all really pleasant people to have in the house. Last week Wayne arrived on time (with a smile), wore a face mask and removed his shoes before entering the house. The job he did on this occasion was to fit 3 new LED light fittings perfectly and efficiently. Part of a previous job he did for us was to supply and fit an outside LED light which unfortunately stopped working after only a few months as it was faulty - no worries! a quick phone call to Wayne and he appeared the same day and replaced the faulty light, so we know that his after service is brilliant to. We would not choose anyone else to do any electrical work for us. He is very highly recommended.
