After a miserable Friday night with no electrics and sockets tripping on a regular basis phoned Andy early on a Saturday morning. No problem be with you shortly. True to his word and he spotted the culprit ( the computer socket ) Tested everything and even had a look at another faulty light switch. A really nice guy who took the time to explain things and at a reasonable rate. Definately a name for any further work.

Andy extended a circuit and installed a new consumer unit. While doing that he rapidly found the causes of pre-existing problems and fixed them properly. He was quick to respond to our enquiry and was flexible in performing the work, which was to a high standard with all the paperwork. The price was a fair reflection of the extra work he incurred with the pre-existing problems

Mr Matthew woodfield P&C:- Power & Control Ltd PV I've upgraded from an existing 6kw battery to a further 6kw battery to give me a total of 12kw storage for my solar Pv system. From start to finish the whole experience was very pleasant. Dan-thanks for being very thorough on what batteries that I needed for my solar system.They say everyday is a school day and I can honestly say it certainly was the things that I picked up on the conversations we had helped. We then have Jake and again he was very helpful nothing was a problem on coming back with the answers. Then we have the electrician (Ryan) the ambassador of the company 'very smartly dressed' contacted me on the way introducing himself and giving me an eta. His ethics and knowledge workmanship was second to none. All in all price comes into everything and PAC was the company who stood out for helpfulness,compasion,enthusiasm, and professionalism. Had a great service when having my ev charger fitted a few years ago. But for me the quality of a company is shown in their aftercare. While having an issue with my charger i rang up hoping they'd be able to get to me urgently within the coming days… 1 and a half hours later they were knocking at my door! Incredible service. The fault was with the charger and luckily it’s under warranty, so i will not hesitate to use these guys to come and swap it out for the new one.

Great experience start to end with P&C, they installed an EV charger for me at short notice after British Gas (via Hive) estimated 6-7 weeks just to complete a pre-install survey, never mind actually doing the install! Called me within a couple of hours of callback request via their website, did a survey via Whatsapp video call within 24 hours of first contact, arranged install for the following week. Install went very smoothly on the day, installer listened to all my requests and quickly proposed the install method best suited to my premises. Very quick and neat job, very happy with the results, would recommend Power and Control to anyone looking for a domestic EV charger install.

A totally professional company. From my initial contact with the company Ainsley sorted out a day and time for the repair of the kitchen extractor unit. Frazier arrived on time he was totally professional and polite unfortunately the kitchen extractor was not repairable. I ordered a new unit and again this was booked to be fitted. Sean arrived on time and fitted the unit he was fantastic professional and very polite. This company is the best in every way. Will definitely recommend this company , first class, and thank you . Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. Fantastic work carried out by Stu, Frazer, Louis and the team. Solar Panels installed, nest thermostat, ring doorbell and a few other bits around the house. I cannot fault the standard of work and the professionalism and mannerism from all the guys was a stand out. Would definitely reccomend and will be using these guys for any future work needed. Had 10 solar panels with a Tesla Powerwall3 battery fitted by Electric innovations , whole process was seamless from start to finish , was kept upto date on the installastion timings etc , arrived 8.30am and was all done dusted logged in to the app at 3.30pm by Ben and his team , since the work has been completed i have received various follow up emails and conversations to make sure i was happy with the work completed and if i needed any further assistance . I would have absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this company , very professional approachable and local , this is the second job they have done for me after installing my car charger 2 years ago as well. Top work lads !!

Wayne was head and shoulders above the other specialist PV contractors we asked to quote to install solar panels and a storage battery. Wayne was able to answer all my questions during the quoting phase and he and his team were very diligent during the installation. From the outset I felt they were doing their very best for us, rather than a smash and grab - which was the impression I got from the other contractors we approached. Importantly it was Wayne I spoke to, rather than someone from 'sales'. Everything was well explained and after a few weeks of operation I'm really very happy with our system. If you are considering a solar-powered system then you won't be disappointed with Wayne. I'm glad we chose an electrician passionate about his craft rather than a 'pop-up' solar installation company that just want to get in and out.

Wayne and his team have seen to all our electrical needs over many years. They are responsive, professional and all really pleasant people to have in the house. Last week Wayne arrived on time (with a smile), wore a face mask and removed his shoes before entering the house. The job he did on this occasion was to fit 3 new LED light fittings perfectly and efficiently. Part of a previous job he did for us was to supply and fit an outside LED light which unfortunately stopped working after only a few months as it was faulty - no worries! a quick phone call to Wayne and he appeared the same day and replaced the faulty light, so we know that his after service is brilliant to. We would not choose anyone else to do any electrical work for us. He is very highly recommended.
