Had 10 solar panels with a Tesla Powerwall3 battery fitted by Electric innovations , whole process was seamless from start to finish , was kept upto date on the installastion timings etc , arrived 8.30am and was all done dusted logged in to the app at 3.30pm by Ben and his team , since the work has been completed i have received various follow up emails and conversations to make sure i was happy with the work completed and if i needed any further assistance . I would have absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this company , very professional approachable and local , this is the second job they have done for me after installing my car charger 2 years ago as well. A totally professional company. From my initial contact with the company Ainsley sorted out a day and time for the repair of the kitchen extractor unit. Frazier arrived on time he was totally professional and polite unfortunately the kitchen extractor was not repairable. I ordered a new unit and again this was booked to be fitted. I had Electrical Innovations out for a house alarm service. House alarm was beyond economical repair. I was given various options, went for the wireless system, provided with a quote and accepted. They turned up when they said they would, performed the job to the highest standard, took old alarm away and all the packaging from the new alarm. I was kept updated with arrival times via text message. Brad the technician cleaned up after himself, no mess was left. We were very impressed with the service provided. Once the alarm was installed, Brad went through everything with me, explained the settings and set up the app on our phones. Fantastic service, you get what you pay for. You won't be disappointed. Lee did a brilliant job completely rewiring our old cottage when we renovated in 2022. Really professional & reliable, responded promptly any time we needed to contact him, gave us loads of useful advice when we were planning the layout for lights & switches etc and was always on site for whatever days & times we’d agreed, which was really helpful for the overall project management and avoided delays scheduling tasks with our other contractors. Outstanding quality & customer service and we will absolutely be calling Lee next time we need any electrical work doing.

Martin was extremely helpful when discussing and deciding on my final solar configuration. He prepared various quotes / system sizes which enabled me to select the best solution for my circumstances. M H Electrical patiently worked with us over many different iterations of a solar project to make sure we got the solution that was best for us. Martin (MH Electrical) gave us a couple of options at the quoting stage and answered all the questions we had. The quote was very competitive and we were also dealing with the installer rather than a middle person which gave us more confidence. The installation dates were agreed and the process was very easy from start to finish and we are really pleased with the finished installation both in terms of performance and quality.

Martin was great throughout the install of our panels and battery system. From the initial quote to the neat install and handling all the registration paperwork, it was a very straightforward process. Even coping with the wrong optimisers being sent by the distributor and coming back to fit when they were available, was well dealt with. Steve and Tom have done a fantastic job installing a new consumer unit and rewiring the lighting through the house for us. Very friendly polite guys. We appointed Alan Chambers to carry out a number of electrical works. Safe to say Steve and his team did a fantastic job! The team did a solar panel and battery installation for us. Very happy with the products and service. We had an issue with the inverter 6 months later which they came out and sorted at no extra charge, so excellent after sales care. I’m still excited to check how much energy we export back to the grid each day and some months our gas and electric bills are negative so the savings on our bills have been significant.

I have to say this firm lives up to its name Spot On. I am renovating an apartment and needed spotlights putting in the entire apartment . Mark carried out a full rewire of our house. The minute he left after providing a quote, we knew we'd found our electrician. Mark gave us the confidence we needed to know he is an excellent electrician; he explained everything in detail and provided recommendations that were in our best interest and within our budget. He didn't try to up sell us or streer us wrong. Mark travelled every morning to our house which is a decent distance from his home. He communicated regularly with us when our input was needed. I visited a couple of times during the rewire and Mark left the house in a very tidy state; you can tell he truly cares about his work, his tools, and his customers. Mark installed an EV charger for me and I found him to be friendly, trustworthy, polite and professional. His work was clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to find a tradesmen that fills you with confidence. He was not pressured by time constraints and made sure his work was complete and ensured a full understanding in handover. We engaged with Mark to investigate a fault with our electrics which had been causing the fuses to trip. He completed a thorough diagnostic and took his time to ensure he identified the cause of the fault. He fitted us a new fuseboard and took considerable care to ensure he did a proper job and explained how it worked. Mark is both friendly and professional and we would have no hesitation recommending him.

Fantastic service! Rang late evening in a fluster because our new burglar alarm was going off and we didn’t have a code (just moved in!). Mark was so helpful and patient and talked us through how to disarm it. We will definitely be calling on his services once we have the code to reset it so he can put it back together!!! The first time we had a short circuit with the switches. Lee came, replaced it and fixed it in a few minutes. I want to note that it was a weekend. The second time we had a broken electric cooker. We had nothing to cook on. Lee came, quickly figured it out, fixed it, advised what else needed to be done. And again everything works.
