Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. Electrical Innovations were sub contracted by Heatable Ltd to install solar panels and storage battery. Installation happened on 24 April 2025. The date was fixed well in advance. I was advised on the probable schedule, including scaffold erection. The schedule was kept. 4 person installation team came early and worked hard until the task was completed. I was expecting significant overflow of work for the following day and was ever so pleases that it did not happen. The team worked without any demand on me. The site was left tidy. Obviously this applies to battery installation as I have not been to the roof. Yes I have no hesitation in giving this company 5 star.

I needed a electrical supply running into my garage so that i could have a Pod Point electrical car charger installed along with lighting and sockets, problem being that the garage is remote from the house. Electrical Innovations came up with a solution and liaised with Pod Point to ensure the solution was acceptable ie the charger had a sufficient supply . The work was carried out in a day by a team of 4 who all turned up with all the materials required to complete the work; they arrived on time, worked diligently while being friendly at all times. Work completed with no issues. I would definitely recommend Electrical Innovations for any size project you require doing, they are timely in their responses to your requests and undertaking the work; basically they do what they say they will do and will not mess you about.

After my son had been let down and left with a complete mess and no electric supply( thanks to two previous idiots.) I contacted Ben to see if he could help. He went to look at and quote the job in a timely manner. He sorted a temporary socket which saved my son using a generator when working on the house. Happy with the price quoted and the dates the work has been carried out to the standard it should be. Don't bother waiting for people who can't be bothered to answer you when you ask for a quote either. Wished we had contacted Ben sooner it would've saved alot of waiting about time. Thoroughly recommend cannot fault from start to finish.

I can't recommend this company highly enough! They respond so quickly and were very professional from start to finish. Sam installed outdoor plug sockets for us, and it was a pleasure to have him around. He is ever so kind and accommodating, and any changes I requested were not a problem at all. He also tidied up after drilling and went above and beyond by looking into other issues and suggesting solutions. I am keeping contact for future works.

In Nov 19 Derek fitted a new fuse box for me, rewired my cooker, new outside up and down lights and new down lights internally in my lounge diner & kitchen, with dimmer switches. He planned and actioned everything in between other work I was having done to ensure there was no risk of getting plaster & paint on the new lights, meaning he had to drop in and out a few times. We found Derek to be friendly, efficient, knowledgable, responsive, he explained everything well and the results are great; we'd have no hesitation engaging him again or recommending him to friends.

I've used Derrick twice over the last few years, once for a full rewire on a renovation, then again for a fault in a different property. Derrick is always efficient and reliable, with no job too big or too small. Five out of five stars!!!
